Game System in MHA

Bleeding out on a battlefield the man with a notorious reputation and was titled 'Demon', 'The Butcher', and 'The Maniac'.

He was a large man with a towering physique with tight and compact muscles.

His entire body was covered in countless scars from battle but the wound he received this day was the most fatal of them all, and it wasn't even done by a bullet.

Using experimental weaponry the enemy army using what appeared to be a small rifle shot out lightning that pierced through his body like a cannon leaving a giant gaping hole in his chest just below his heart.

With barely even a few moments left until death the 'Butcher' smiled and laughed as he held his hand over the wound.

A flood of blood was leaking out of his body but he didn't seem to care or even flinch from the pain.

In fact, he smiled and looked over to the man who caused the injury.

"Thank you~ But, I ain't going alone!" Shouted the 'Butcher' as he pulled out his pistol and shot the man who was struggling to fire his fried experimental weapon.

As the man dropped to the ground the 'Butcher' who was standing tall looked at the carnage of a battle around him and laughed before passing away mid-laugh.

Floating in darkness the 'Butcher' aka Damian Dust, had a satisfying grin on his face.

Known to have never been defeated, Damian was glad that he finally found something that could take his life.

You see when Damian was young he learned he had an incurable disease that would take his life before he could reach the age of 40.

With his little amount of time left to live on the earth, he joined the military at 18 and earned his first medal when he was 19, and by 28 years old he had notorious fame across the world with never being beaten in a fight even against his instructors.

This doesn't mean he was the best, no, he was only decent in his marksmanship and a good brawler nothing else.

The only reason he gained such notorious fame and such a high kill count was because of his strategies and intellect.

No, he wasn't exactly smart, he was just a natural tactician and killer.

Floating in the void with a content smile he asked "So this is the afterlife eh? Not much."

He knew that there was no way that he would go to the so-called 'Heaven' so he made the most of his life while alive.

After waiting in the void for who knows how long he found something grab him while he was in the abyss and tried to struggle but it was a futile attempt since I couldn't even move my body.

As I was dragged through the void I noticed that my dark, empty surroundings started gaining color.

Before I could see what would happen I fell unconscious.

"Ugh..." I groaned as I rubbed my...head?

I opened my eyes and looked around.

"Huh? I am alive?" I asked out loud.

I then pulled my hand off my head and looked at it with surprise.

"Small?" I asked before looking at the rest of my body.

"So...I am a child...?" I asked out loud.

Getting up from the ground I dusted of my clothes and looked around the room which was clearly old and falling apart.

Looking at the floating screen in front of me and reading over the Modes.

"Battle Mode," I stated.

Battle Occupants: 200 Nords vs. 200 Swadians

Difficulty: 3.5 Stars

[Note that the difficulty is related to your current strength with 1 star being an easy battle, 2 stars being slightly difficult, 3 stars being somewhat difficult, 4 stars being hard, 5 stars being a nightmare, 6 stars being hellish, and etc. The higher the star the better the rewards!]

Possible Rewards: Armor/Weapons(80%), Troop Summon(10%), or a Random Skill(1%)]

[Option 2: Duel

Battle Occupents: 1 Bandit

Difficulty: 1 Star

Possible Rewards: A random low-quality item(100%)]

[Option 3: Mass Effect

Battle Occupants: 1 Krogan

Difficulty: 5 Stars

Possible Rewards: Armor/Weapons(15%), Krogan Summon(5%), or a Random Skill(1%)]

Reading through the three options I eventually decided to do the Mount & Blade Warband option.
