You walked through the French quarter, the light wind ruffling through your hair. Small wisps brushed along your cheeks. You tipped your head back and sighed, breathing in the smell of honeysuckle and the bakery's that lived in this area. Sighing you straightened and flinched slightly, when you spied the blonde beauty that stood a few feet away from you. "Oh, no need to be nervous love, I wouldn't a fly." She paused, "Well, that's not entirely true." The mysterious beauty shrugged her shoulders and your eyes followed the movement. You walked closer to her, she stuck her hand out elegantly. "Rebekah."
"Y/N." Holding your hand out you grasped hers and shook it. She smiled softly at you, "What do you do?" She cocked her head slightly to the side, pursing her lips with a delicate up turn of her lips. "I'm a nurse." Rebekah grinned at you, her eyes dipped down admiring your figure. The wind picked up slightly, causing tendrils to wisp across your face. Rebekah leaned in and brushed her fingers carefully along your cheek, brushing your hair behind your ear. Your cheeks burned, you hoped that she couldn't tell. "There, that's better. I can see those pretty eyes of yours." You smiled shyly at her. "May I walk you home?" You nodded, "I would like that." You both turned and began to walk in the direction of your small apartment. The back of her hand brushed yours as you walked. Her fingers occasionally twitched moving towards yours every so often.
As you walked back to your apartment. When you got back to your apartment, "Would you like to go out with me, sometime?" You asked Rebekah, she hesitated slightly. You smiled, "This is me." Rebekah stopped a few feet from your gate. You paused and pulled a card out of your purse, plucking a pen from its depths as well. Scribbling your personal number on the back. Handing it over to Rebekah, "When you're ready for the date, call me." Rebekah stood still for a few moments holding on tight to the faint smell of pink pepper, lilac, amber, and patchouli from your perfume. The honeysuckle that she had placed behind your ear still hung in the air as well.
