In a post apocalyptic world, most human beings are granted powers. Among them is Rez who's power has the ability to suppress other powers. He looses his best Darmian along the way and seeks to grow stronger to protect others. But he soon learns that the group that hurts his best friend has a deeper meaning to existence and also learns the truth of the source of their powers.
