First things first I had the minstrels resistance remove the bomb from my ships fuel supply loader. After that I dragged Piana into the ship...
"Put me down! PUT ME DOWN!"
I dropped him to the floor of the laboratory. "Don't go into the room opposite of this one you could die, I will have Jin change the gravity in there to one you can survive later. After she is done with that I'll have her give you a tour. She is the only other crew so be nice to her, and ignore her uniqueness she's learning. Don't teach her anything bad, I will kill you if you do."
JIn was now fully cognizant, but was also very... odd. I learned that when I originally stored my memories away the cleaning drone ran through them in order to process data storage cleaning. The cleaning drone had a few analyzed notes of my data stored memories which mutated its learning process. This mutation resulted in it becoming JIn, a literal machine mutant. The irony wasn't lost on me. My wandering thoughts came to a close as I finished gather materials for the vaccine.
"Get on the table, if you don't do it willingly I'll strap you down forcibly."
Piana crawled on to the table, with a bit of fear. "Y-your not g-gonna torture me right?"
"No, but I won't be nice to you either. Now sit down and try your best to not squirm. Otherwise we might have to do this multiple times." I then stabbed him with a needle and took some of his blood.
"W-why do you need my blood?"
"For the processes." It wasn't of course I just wanted it for the DNA banks.
After that it took me about an hour to create the vaccine, the whole time Piana asked questions or looked around. Most of the answers I gave were half-assed, but that didn't stop him from asking even more. When he was asking me about how much longer it would take, I stabbed him with a syringe again and tried the created vaccine.
"Its done, your cured."
"Ow why are you so mean!"
"Why do you try to fish for information your not going to get? You got about an hour, Melissa will show you around for a while. During that time I'll make more vials and gather food and the communication supplies I'll set up. Finally after all that, You can tag along with me into space."
"Tag along, wh-what? Why? I mean yes, I mean...I will have to ask."
He was really more of a hostage, but that didn't really matter. He could be used as a manual pilot or he could use the turret and weapons. Actually he was a bit like a unpaid Intern, I also just wanted to fill out the ships occupancy. After all I made a lot of beds and had enough supplies for several people, problem was half the current crew didn't need to eat or sleep because they were a machine. Even I was half machine making me require less sleep, I didn't even need to eat that much either. Melissa made god food though so eating was still enjoyable. With more crew members I could fill out the ship more.
"Welp! Time to get to work on those extra vials."
