As Beerus and Whis were travelling to Supreme Kai's Planet Beerus got a notification from the system.

Beerus readings all of this didn't feel anything as he did not have any emotions but he now knew that he really needed the supreme kai now. After realizing that and thinking about it he told Whis.

"Whis go faster"

As Whis would nod and then make them move faster, going faster.

As Beerus and Whis would arrive they would two people a tall man with red skin wearing a red robe and a turquoise shirt and pants inside. Beside the the tall would stand a short man with exaggeratedly large hips and ass with white hair and mohawk wearing a navy blue robe with a turquoise shirt and pants inside. beerus would look at the short man with large amounts of lust but quickly got rid of it before anyone noticed, as the short man t would then say awkwardly.

"So you have awakened lord Beerus would you please tell what has made you come to us"

The short man would say respectfully. As Beerus would reply.

"Shin I have come here to get the kai's help in something, you see shin after awakening I realized that our mortal level is very low now usually I wouldn't care but here's the thing shin were second to last in all twelve universes were second to last which means if ever Zeno see fit he could erase our universe for such a low mortal level"

Now Shin shocked would say with panic clearly in his voice.

"are you sure lord Beerus!!?"

As Beerus would reply instantly.

"Yes but heres the thing I have made a plan that could help us increase our mortal level while also making our universe safer I have already started the first phase of the but the next phase needs you and the other Kai's to help our Universe, So what do you say shin do you agree to join my new army to the Omni Force."

Ending his sentence with his eyes glowing dark purple with a hint of unnoticeable lust hidden under Beerus's eyes but the Supreme Kai did not need to think as he would instantly reply with determination.

"Yes I will inform all the kai's including north,south, east and west Kai of our new master."

As he and his companion Kabito would bow to Beerus as Shin would accidentally show off his ass as Beerus would then say.

"No let your attendant take of these things as I need to speak with you privately."

As both Kai's would nod and Beerus would look at Whis signaling with his eyes to follow Kabito as his eyes hold would an unprecedented amount of lust in Beerus's eyes that everyone noticed was directed at shin, As Whis would then follow Kabito to go inform the Kai's of their new King.

Beerus would then make shin follow him to a beatiful forest in the planet and Beerus would punce on Shin and say.

"I'm gonna take you right here and right now."
