Chapter 38 Ten Thousand Battle 3 Public Enemy
When everyone present heard what Oliver said they were all shocked to their core they all wonder why someone as weak as Oliver would be that bold to open his mouth to say those words to everyone there not fearing if they take it to heart and decide to treat him seriously.
Oliver felt the look he was receiving from the one thousand-plus people changed immediately after he was done with his statement and before his statement with what Hall Master Leo had already said that they should teach him a lesson some of the magical cultivators around had already added him to their black list, those they will deal with heavily in the ten thousand battle tournament if they should cross path, just to rope themselves to Hall Master Leo to receive favors from him. Oliver felt since it was already going bad why try to be at the mercy of his enemies, that was why with boldness he address everyone present that he was not in the tournament to play whoever crosses his path he will not go light on them but put on his best to get them down no matter how strong or weak his opponent may be.
Oliver became the public enemy of almost everyone present they were wondering what was his backup that he was not afraid with his weak strength and some felt that with the way he spoke with so much boldness, he was looking down on everyone present, so they were going to teach him a lesson for that, all magical cultivators have pride inside them and the higher their realm increases the more their pride increase because of the challenges and effort they have to put to acquire the strength they have and seeing a person weaker that than talk without considering their strength they would feel the only way to teach that person a lesson is to show them who is in charge with their strength.

Hall Master Leo said lightly seeing that he had been able to achieve what he wants by turning everyone present against Oliver he felt pleased with himself and felt he was way wiser than Oliver since he was able to lure him into his trap.
"you ignorant little lad, thinks looking down on everyone with that little strength of yours will amount you to something good, it will only get you wounded quickly, am just sorry for that dumb cat of yours"
"You better learn". Hall master Leo said with the air of imparting knowledge on Oliver that stood there firm like an unmovable mountain.
"Boss, what is this? White Lotus that had not spoken since the start of everything felt it could not take it anyone since everyone is against Oliver and Hall Master Leo was also trying to insult it through the process. It felt it was about time to pick a side and support Oliver not just sitting on his shoulder like all that was happening had nothing to do with it.
As White Lotus spoke he pointed its little finger at Hall Master Leo but did not give any attention to him, its focus was on Oliver, when everybody heard the statement they were shocked and never expected the little cat to be that intelligent and with the mature voice that was coming from it that doesn't match its size. Hall Master Leo Felt things were about to go bad for him the moment he heard the voice of White Lotus and with the way White Lotus and Oliver Were behaving
"ha, ha...…." Oliver could not help but laugh out loud like he heard some joke, Deep down he was happy because he knew he need a little support at that moment to put his enemies to shame.
"White Lotus, you are so funny are you seeing anyone there" Oliver ask White Lotus on his shoulder like they were the only ones there regardless of anyone he felt the line had already been drawn no need to shrink back.
"ha. haha….." when White Lotus heard the reply from Oliver it also laugh out wildly without control, it felt there was no better person to call his boss than Oliver with the characteristics Oliver was displaying it was pleased.
"If there is no one there boss, then what is that big ugly thing that I am seeing there? White Lotus questioned quickly with the way they talked they gave no room for anyone to intrude. The people that were watching the young boy and the little cat talk, they felt it was not the first time they were doing something like what they were doing right there, trying to humiliate someone with words.
"Oh, oh you want to know," Oliver asked White Lotus but did not wait for any reply before he continue with his words.
"It is just some big buzzing fly disturbing this area because of its greed". Oliver said sarcastically he felt since Hall Master Leo was not able to respect himself then he won't give him the respect he deserves.
"Boss I get it right now, I can see it clearly now," White Lotus said with a laugh accompanying his statement the people present, some of them wanted to laugh but they tried their best to hold it back and not to get on the bad side of Hall Master Leo.
"Hey, you little cat, I can see you still have the same loose mouth as your master, but don't worry, the city rules are protecting the two of you but in the tournament, there is no rule there to protect you". Hall Master Leo said with a miserable smile.
When Oliver heard it he felt the hidden threat in the words of Hall Master Leo but he was not afraid he said to himself that he will take things one step at a time.
"This is your card, if you can figure it out you will be sent to the ninth hell main city battle arena". Hall Master Leo threw a black card to Oliver with a silver write-up on it.
Oliver caught the card he saw what was on it, on it was D16 a letter, and numbers.
Hall Master Leo had a looking on his face like he would witness Oliver make a fool of himself when he would ask for more details about the card but he was disappointed.
"Boss imprints your Dao mark on it and all the information you need to know will be sent to you". White Lotus said with a wicked grin while he looked at the shocked Hall Master Leo. Oliver and White Lotus Left the assessment and instruction compound with Oliver leaving his Dao mark on the card.
