While sitting, waiting to level up, I spent hours analyzing my options, feeling like I was in an amusement park, imagining what I could do with each spell. Looking at the list, I started choosing some as basic spells as possible, spells I should have had a long time ago!

I couldn't even move because the force left me immobile with an oppressive pressure, forcing my head to see the sudden notification screens; I could hear the bed creaking with the force running through my body, so I just looked at the screens in front of me.

"Did I not receive his grimoire? Was it automatically learned? Can I buy it back in the shop?" I immediately questioned, trying to understand the situation.

"This spell is one of the most expensive Rank 3 spells, but it's more for showcasing the user's magical strength... Kind of useless in battle besides intimidating some people, right? But let's test it now because I'm excited while leveling up!" I said to myself as the force was running through my body; my level-up wasn't finished yet, as I felt the pressure, but still, I wanted to test this spell a bit, I was so excited to see it as soon as possible.

[Magic Spell, Lesser Magic Aura!] I said, and then an uncontrollable energy came from me.

*KABOOOOOM*

Feeling an explosive force coming from me, I immediately passed out while sensing everything around me being destroyed, hearing a scared Riekling as he was pushed and glowed, showing that the summoning disappeared, and he had died.

Third Person POV

In the same inn.

"HAHAHHAHA" A maniacal laugh was heard by a trio in the hallway as they headed to their rooms at this moment.

"Hey, Bell! Isn't that... Lucius?? Why is he laughing like a madman in the room??" Welf asked, making a strange face at it.

"Sometimes, I find Mr. Lucius quite strange..." Lili murmured.

"Let's check, maybe he's just happy..." Bell spoke still uncertain with a tone of a small nervous and embarrassed laugh, trying to defend the family companion, but he continued to laugh the same way in the room.

But then, as all three approached the room where Lucius was laughing, their adventurer senses, no matter how low level, felt alarmed because a few seconds later, there was an explosion that began to destroy everything in the room and expanded, destroying all the walls in its path, the sudden explosion was felt throughout the city and heard throughout the floor, echoing for several seconds through the night crystals; there was not a soul that did not hear this on this floor.

Bell and his companions were thrown backward, as the closest to the impact, they hit directly on the other side of the corridor; fortunately, besides the room that Welf and Lucius, which was exploded, it didn't affect the other rooms much.

"WHAT THE HELL!!" Welf exclaimed while opening his eyes amidst the debris, Lili fainted from the impact, only he and Bell managed to stay conscious, but they were quite injured with some broken bones.

"By the Gods!" When Welf managed to get a better view, he was stunned, where the room he slept in, there was a completely destroyed space, the ceiling and walls were decimated, and there was a view in the space of the floor open in front of him with the large hole, showing the city and the night crystals above them.

It didn't take long to hear several footsteps throughout the inn, adventurers wanting to know what was happening here suddenly. Bell, who was also conscious next to Welf, quickly got up without wasting time and ran to the room after seeing the opening to the street and sky; everything was destroyed. In the center of the explosion was Lucius, unconscious and bleeding all over his body. Bell wasted no time and ran to his companion, thinking he had been attacked by someone apparently.

Elsewhere, a few moments before.

*KABOOOOOM*

"WHAT WAS THAT?!" asked a surprised but not frightened voice.

"I don't know... Some monster attack?" said another.

"On this floor? I find it hard for them to invade without anyone noticing, as the explosion seemed to come from the center of the place..."

"And also, I don't think common monsters would do that; it was obviously a powerful explosion." said a Pallum who arrived next to the girls, looking at the origin of the explosion.

"What do you think, Riveria?" Finn asked again, seeing new people joining the group that still tried to observe where the explosion came from; their entire camp was out of their tents at this moment, waiting for orders from their captain in a possible emergency.

"It came from the city; it was a magic explosion, as powerful as a level 03 mage, but there was something even more powerful in it, but I can't tell what..." She said looking at Rivira; the city hadn't changed at all with this explosion, but the echo came from its center.

"It was him!" said a suddenly timid voice.

"What do you mean, Lefiya?" said Riveria.

"That bully who openly flirted with you, Riveria-Sama, he caused this explosion!" She said still timidly, and Riveria blushed a bit hearing that, but then came another question.

"H-HE??" She stammered a bit, thinking about how that human attracts attention everywhere.

"You said he increased his power by 4 times and was at the peak of level 2 the last time you saw him; now he caused an explosion with magical strength at level 3? How can he increase his magic power like that?" Finn openly questioned; none of this was normal for any of them, he was very curious.

"He must have a special ability..." Lefiya said, and even Riveria became serious as she narrowed her eyes.

"Ah! Now that I remember, Argonaut told me that him faced Goliath alone and won the fight. I didn't believe him when he told me, but now..." said Tiona, thinking back to when they questioned the boy, who under pressure, didn't lie and said it timidly.

Everyone was surprised by this; a level 1 or 2 adventurer fighting Goliath alone was suicide...

"First, we got the news yesterday that Aiz's record was broken by that boy, now the Hestia family has another anomaly..." Finn pondered.

"THAT GUY IS HERE!?" said Bete angrily.

"Let's go see what happened; I want to see this adventurer who likes to cause trouble wherever he goes..." Finn commanded, and most ran to Rivira.

Lucius POV.

Lucius regained consciousness; he only vaguely remembers the explosion and it felt like his body was broken, even after healing, apparently. He still couldn't open his eyes, but he started to hear a discussion happening above him, something quite unexpected.

"Get out of here, you idiot!"

"What are you saying, you ugly Goddess!"

"Stay away from my son! Small-chested Goddess!"

"Shut up, virgin loli, no one even wants you!"

"Shut up!"

"Huh? Hestia, am I beautiful, right? Are you afraid that your son will choose me when he sees me? He's very handsome; maybe I'll steal him from you." A seductive female voice, mocking Hestia, and I can even imagine who it is; I just wonder why she's here.

Slowly, I open my eyes to find out what happened to me when I leveled up.
