Everything...

The image of his family resurfaced in his mind. His sister Jane, his father and his mother.

The flame slowly dwindled, appearing weaker as seconds passed.

Suddenly, the roaring sound of an engine filled his consciousness.

Boundless light erupted from the flame, basking this once pure darkness with everlasting light.
