A/N: English is not my first language but I will try my best to prevent any grammatical errors that I see. I am particularly bad at punctuations so yeah. Anyway this is my first fanfic so if you have any ideas to make it better then put them in the comments I will try to address them. P.S. The cover is not mine.

Killing Caster

Your favorite great philosopher Amar (lol) is here to share some new wisdom that he has recently rediscovered.

Do you ever have that feeling of searching for something really hard, only to later find it right beside you or on your person?

Yeah, ladies and gentlemen, I am feeling that same feeling right now at this moment. Honestly, I feel so stupid right now that I don't even know what to think.

But those kinds of thoughts are just secondary to the wonderful taste of some extra spicy mapo tofu in my mouth. Even Kirei himself would rejoice over this meal, that is if he survives it. After all the meal is spicy even for me with my physique far beyond any human.

"This....is...tastes..soo....good," I say while sniffling and panting.

"It pleases me greatly to hear you say that."

Scathach says after hearing my thoughts on the meal she made. She is wearing casual clothes with an apron on her and man does it look good on her. Who am I kidding everything looks good on her!

This all started yesterday when I told her about my dissatisfaction about lack of recreation and some food stuff that I started to miss after not eating it for a few months. My mom used to make quite a bit of Chinese cuisine back in home since I loved them the most out of all the food she made. Chow Mein, Mapo Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken, Manchurian, Spring Rolls, Hot Pot, Fried Rice, and many more.

It's not like my mom was specialized in Chinese cooking or anything like that, don't get me wrong. It was just that I liked those Chinese foods so she started to make them for me to make me happy. You know what they say, you only start to miss something once you lose it.

Anyways, Scathach suggested cooking these cuisines herself after hearing about my longing for them. Her words to placate me were, "It certainly wouldn't be a good thing if a warrior lost his drive because of something so trivial."

It was a very Scathach like thing to say. She is a person with a very battle oriented mindset which I personally like, because it's simple. It is very childish and savage of me to like that but it's ingrained in my mind now.

She cooked for me some meals after going out and getting ingredients from the shopping district. I don't know if she used Magecraft for my meals or not but I think my Magic Circuits improved easily after eating that food. They are B rank now.

It's been 2 days since the night of the summoning, nothing of note has happened yet. And I am just here in this house waiting for some things to happen.

Suddenly the smile from Scathach's face vanishes and she becomes expressionless.

"What is it?" I ask her.

"My familiar picked up on some magical signatures. It was the result of summoning." She tells me.

"It's Caster. Go kill him and his Master. Also if there are any witnesses just erase their memories or something."

Scathach grins in response and goes out. She will not leave any traces of this so it's fine.

I am just going to enjoy this meal since I believe in her. Honestly she can defeat all of the Servants in this war herself except Archer. But of course I would deal with him myself.

--------------

(Third Person POV)

His garments too were quite odd. His figure, tall enough to reach the clouds, was wrapped in a much-folded robe, decorated with luxurious latches made of precious metals; his whole style looks exactly like some "evil magician" from a manga.

"You who called me, you who requested for me, summoning the spirit of the Caster class... I ask for your name. Who are you?"

"..."

Ryuunosuke gave a small response. The one who had come out of the summoning circle with great flashes and smokes― was an ordinary human. That was definitely not what he had expected. No exaggerated monster, just a perfectly normal human? Ryuunosuke was puzzled. His clothes were definitely queer, but did that mean this man was a real demon?

Scratching his head for a moment, Ryuunosuke took his decision.

"Uh, name's Uryuu Ryuunosuke. I'm a freelancer. My hobby is murder in general. I like kids and young women. Recently I'm back to sharpening my basis again."

The man in robe nodded. Apparently he had ignored everything beside the name.

"Very well. The contract is complete. Your desire for the Holy Grail is my desire as well. We shall make the cauldron of heaven ours."

".....Holy Grail?"

At that moment, Ryuunosuke didn't get what it was about. Right, thinking again, didn't the old book found in the storehouse mention something like that? And he had skipped it because the passage was dull.

"... Yeah well, let's save the troublesome talk for later."

Ryuunosuke waved his hand lightly, before pointing with his chin at the kid rolled up in the corner.

"For now, let's talk over a drink. Won't you eat that?"

The other man, with a face as expressionless as a mask, gauged the tied kid and Ryuunosuke. Feeling anxious, Ryuunosuke couldn't tell by the silence if his words and intentions had hit home. Maybe that was asking for too much. After all, who decided that demons eat children?

Silently, the man picked a book from a pocket of his robe. The bulky book appeared to be an antique treasure from an ancient era. No doubt it was some gadget of the demon.

Ryuunosuke noticed in one glance what hide the cover was made of.

"Ah, cool! That's human skin, right?"

Ryuunosuke can recognize it because he once tried to put up a lamp shade with human skin pelt off a victim. Eventually, he got discouraged at his poor handicraft midway, but he can't help but respect an elder who has achieved a similar work through the end.

The man, casting only a glance at Ryuunosuke, ignored his compliment and gently opened the book, his hand rapidly flipping through the pages. He then muttered one or two words that made no sense, and as if it was enough, closed the book before putting it back in his pocket.

"...?"

Leaving the helpless Ryuunosuke, the man walked toward the boy rolled up on the floor. At the strange events that had kept happening, the boy winced harder as if death was inevitable, trying to crawl away from the man.

Looking at the child in such a state, the man seemed suddenly full of compassion and kindness, which startled Ryuunosuke. What does that mean?

"You have nothing to be afraid of, my boy."

Unlike what his odd appearance suggested, the strange man gently spoke to the boy. The imprisoned kid gradually notices his warmth, and looks at the man questioningly.

As a reply, the man gives a smiling nod, bending toward the boy and extending his hand at him, gently untying his ropes and gag.

"Can you stand?"

As an encouragement, the man patted the boy on the back, helping him up.

Suddenly at that single instant, many red flashes illuminate the darkness in the room. The little boy is covered in some sort of barrier made by Runes. And the robed man is cut into many pieces in an instant.

The robed man's spell in the entranceway was also destroyed by the purple clad woman who showed an otherworldly feat of speed.

After cutting off the robed man into pieces she turns towards Ryuunosuke with an expressionless and cuts open his abdomen in one swing.

Ryuunosuke without realizing what was happening then turns to look down at the wound caused by crimson demonic-looking spear.

"Beau-"

Ryuunosuke gets cut off mid sentence by the purple clad war maiden who beheads him then and there.

"They were quite disappointing." She mutters to herself.

She then turns towards the little boy and releases him from the barrier. The boy is shaking from hear but there are no screams from him. This is the result of fear passing certain threshold, of course these are the result of what just transpired along with the woman's aura which just emits slaughter and death.

"Little one, it's time for you to forget what happened here."

The woman says with a gentle smile for the first time since she arrived here.

So that was the chapter, hope you liked it.

I really hope people didn't expect a big fight between Caster and Scathach, since first of all Bluebeard isn't that strong of a Caster and second of all he wasn't prepared for a surprise attack. So there you go.
