The story takes place in the city of Ari, the city known to be the city of witches and wizards. It is the safest city in the kingdom of Izea. The oglins and other dangerous creatures can not break down its walls, and even if they get into the city secretly, they are easily caught due to the abundance of people with magic in the city.
It is also where deep within the Cera Witch clans forest lays the most dangerous being in the whole continent of Okea.
