CHANGE OF HEART

Shen Kun and his wife Ning Nu held the baby Shen Xi in their arms and smiled at her.

"Darling isn't our baby very beautiful," Ning Nu remarked as she held the baby's tiny finger onto hers.

"of course, she looks just like her mother" Shen Kun smiled at his wife

Shen Xi was only 8 months old, yet her beauty was so striking, that they imagined how she would look in the future.

Shen Zhejiang was her grandfather and her grandmother was Shen Lao, the Shen family was known to be the third most prestigious family in China. No one dared to offend them.

Shen Li, her oldest brother and his twin sister Shen Ji were only seven years. They stood by the crib and watched their beautiful sister who was playing with their mother.

"Mommy sister is so cute, I want to carry her" Shen Li spoke up and extended his arms.

"Baby you're too young and not strong, you might hurt your sister" his father advised and carried him onto his lap.

"Dad don't say that when I grow I will be the one to take care of Lil'sis" the little guy protested and hit his chest as he spoke.

"Yes, my son will protect his sisters in the future"

The husband and wife both exchanged glances and smiled, they were happy with their children.

Elsewhere in a very big mansion...

The Lu family's youngest third-generation heir Lu Chai who was three years sat on his grandfather's lap as his grandfather told him stories.

"Grandpa, when are mom and dad coming?" the little guy asked this question once again.

"Soon they'll be here soon" his grandfather ruffled his hair with a sad expression

"Grandfather I'm very hungry" the little guy spoke and his stomach grumbled

His grandfather chuckled and led him to the dining hall while the servants brought in the food.

He prepared after eating and got ready for class, waved at his grandfather and left in the Black Maybeck car.

Lu Chai arrived and walked to his class emitting a cold aura that no one dared to go close to him. His red bloodshot eyes were a bit scary as well. The young boy was very cute and handsome but with such a cold aura, who would dare to get near him.

Two well-built men followed behind him as well, they were so scary that no one dared to look in their direction.

Everyone knew about the Lu Family, the most powerful family in China and other countries. Which human beings on this earth did not know about the powerful Lu family? No one dared to offend the grandson that was doted on by all in the family, if anyone offended the young master they probably would not know how they died.

Lu Chai sat on his seat and swept cold glances at all the children around him, today was his first day at school but everyone knew who he was, even the principal and their teacher talked to them about not offending this new classmate of theirs.

The teacher walked in and noticed the new face at the back, she smiled at him but he looked back at her coldly. The teacher had noticed the bodyguards nearby so she didn't dare to make any mistakes or she would lose her job and probably her life as well.

Shen Ji and Shen Ji were ahead of Ku Chai by two classes. The twins were his senior by two classes and older than him by two years although they would turn 6 next month making them older than him three years.

Back at home...

Shen Xi looked at her mother with her beautiful silver eyes. It was rare for a person to have silver eyes and this made her so unique. Ning Nu saw her daughter smile and also smiled back at her.

"Are you missing your siblings already? don't worry they would come home soon, next year if you can talk you will probably join them at school"

Baby Xi made a little noise as if agreeing to what her mother said.

"look at how cute you are baby"

Shen Li and Shen Ji had sneaked out of class to play.

"Brother, don't you miss Lil'sis?" Shen Ji asked and stopped playing

"Yeah I miss her, I can't wait for her to join us here so we would stop missing her"

The two heard a noise behind them and saw their class teacher walking towards them, oh no they were in trouble. and they ran away.

The teacher sighed "these twins are really troublesome"

He followed them back to the classroom.

NB:the first chapter might be a bit boring but it's only the starting so don't back out yet. The following chapters would be great.
