Chapter 22 (A)

I woke up to a nibbling sensation on the junction between my neck and shoulder and it made me arch my back on the bed. I whimpered in the sleep for more before slowly fluttering my eyes open.

"Morning" Ryan mumbled against my skin and a grin appeared on my face.

"Morning... Ohh…" A moan escaped my mouth when he bit my neck, making me squirm under him.

"I love you...” He breathed against my skin as he was licking the spot afterwards, making me wriggle and take deep breaths. I was sure I was rewarded with a mark there.

"I love you but stop the assault." I smacked his shoulder.

He laughed, fully rolling and hovering over me. I could smell his minty breath as he pecked my lips.

"You’re so beautiful." He whispered.

"Thank you but morning breath." I pushed him off.

"Hey! I just freshened up!" He took an offence.

"I know, genius. I was talking about mine." I sat up.

"I don't mind." I could hear the pout in his voice.
