The whole day went like crap yesterday. I ignored all the calls on my phone which I knew were from Ryan but I wasn’t in the right mind to talk to anyone because I knew if I did, I would just argue over little things so I needed time and now, here I was sitting alone in the cafeteria during the lunch break because Ryan was attending a meeting and the group of friends I had accomplished to make, left me because who would want to stay with a blind guy and his complications for long.
I was pulled straight out of my mind when I felt someone taking a seat beside me. Not having the mood to have company, I turned in their direction.
“Excuse me, that seat is taken.” Of course, it was a lie but who cared. I wanted to be left alone. If it wasn’t Ryan, I didn’t want them near me.
“By a ghost?” I heard a familiar was frustrated by his acts by now.
“Promise me you’ll give me what I want.” He sounded so intense and his voice has a deep roughness to it.
