BV: The Reincarnator

Sitting before his Computer, a young man was playing some crappy old RPG he downloaded for free. While playing the game, he thought about what his life has become.

2 years ago, a portal appeared in the middle of Marvila City. Through that portal, many Humanoid Monsters appeared on Earth. They ravage the city, killing everyone in their sight.

Thankfully, the army acted quickly and they succeeded in pushing back the Monsters.

Later it was found out that the Portal was connected to a different World, similar to Earth.

But this World was filled with Humanoid Monsters.

These monsters were very aggressive toward humans. Ever since then many Portals have appeared on Earth. Each one leads to a different World.

All these Worlds are filled with Monsters and they have been trying to crossover through the Portals to slaughter Humans.

So, the World needed fighters.

A new law was passed, anyone from the age of 25-40 is required to join the army and spend at least 5 years in service. Right now, he is 25 years old and the soldiers can come knocking on his door anytime.

He was a sheltered kid and he never got into a fight his whole life.

Because of this, he is very scared.

For the last three days, he has been hiding in the basement. Praying to God no one from the army came looking for him.

"Rat-tat-tat."

A knock on the basement door is heard. Hearing the knock, he closed the game and walked toward the gate. It was around 9 pm and his mother should be bringing him his food.

"Mom, what for dinner?"

Asking so, the young man opened the basement door.

But what awaited behind the door wasn't his mother, instead, two soldiers wearing grey-coloured uniforms were waiting for him.

Seeing them, he knew his time was up. He can't hide anymore.

"Can I have my last dinner before leaving?"

The young man asked the soldiers with a defeated look on his face.

Hearing what he just said, both soldiers were surprised. Maybe it's because he gave in without trying to resist. A few weeks ago, one of his classmates tried to resist when the army came looking for him. But he was still taken away with a few missing teeth and a broken wrist.

This is why he didn't try to resist.

"No, Mr Thomson we will grab something for you on the way."

Saying this, the soldier with slightly grey hair led him toward the armoured vehicle parked near my house.

Thomson walked behind him. Meanwhile, the other soldiers kept watch on him in case he tried to run.

"Can I at least say my farewells to my family?"

As they reached the armoured vehicle, Thomson asked the grey-haired guy.

"Your family has already been informed."

This time, the one keeping watch on him spoke in a threatening voice.

Seeing the way the soldier acted, Thomson sighed*. He never thought the ones from the army would be so heartless.

"Fine, let's go."

The grayed hair one opened the door of the armored vehicle and signalled him to go first.

Without saying a single word, Thomson entered the backseat of the armored vehicle. Soon after the grey-haired guy also entered and sat beside him.

The other guy also entered the armored vehicle from the other side. Now he was sitting between both of them.

As both of them were seated, Thomson's eyes fell on the one driving the armored vehicle.

She was a good-looking lady. Her oval face with big eyes looked quite attractive. But right now there was something more important.

He is starving.

Taking a good look at her, Thomson turned toward the guy sitting on his right and asked.

"So, when will we be stopping for dinner?"

Hearing his question, he didn't answer. Instead, the grey-haired guy replied.

"If we come across a street vendor along the way, then I will get you something to eat. If not, then you can have your meal at the camp."

Hearing this, Thomson had the urge to curse at him. He was the one who said they would grab something along the way but now he isn't owning his own words.

Although he had the urge to curse, not a single word came out of my mouth.

Soon the armored vehicle started and they headed toward the Arvon camp deep within the mountains.

As for why there is an army camp deep within the mountains, it's because of a Portal.

This Portal appeared inside one of the largest natural caves In the Arvon mountain range. The Portal leads to a World inhabited by a large variety of Humanoid Wolves.

These Wolves look a lot like the Werewolf of legends. They have monstrous strength and can lift weights around 2-4 tons. A single punch from these Wolves can easily kill a human.

These Wolves have taken over the whole Arvon mountain range. The cities surrounding the Arvon mountain range are terrorized by these Wolves.

Thomson city, Kravon alongside Shevon, Kovon and Tivon are constantly under attack.

Other cities also around the Arvon mountain range also get attacked but not as often as these five cities.

Thomson has once seen the power of those Wolves myself. They can easily lift up cars and throw them at people.

As he thought about that incident, his body jolted a little.

Seeing this, the grey-haired guy looked at me and moved his lips trying to say something. He misunderstood that Thomson was afraid and wanted to console him a little. But the other guy eyed him and he stopped him from doing so.

Although Thomson noticed their little exchange, he didn't say anything. He himself isn't sure what the grey-haired guy wants to say. 

Soon they reached the outskirts of the city. Upon coming to the outskirts of the city, the beautiful lady stopped the armored vehicle and said.

"Okay, We arrived."

Soon both soldiers walked out of the car and Thomson followed them.

"Maria, thanks for the ride."

The grumpy soldier thanked the pretty lady while the gray-haired one made his way toward the soldier's post.

"Private, lead this recruit to the rendezvous point.

The grey-haired guy ordered the first person he could find. Seeing this, Thomson was surprised, he thought only low-ranking members of the army like Privates do the abducting. But it seems the gray haired guy was of higher rank than a Private. 

"Yes, Lieutenant."

'So, he is a Lieutenant, that's not bad considering his age.'

Thomson thought to myself, while the Private does the typical army salute and then makes his way toward him.

"Follow me!"
