Vase training

I stood on the mat wearing a gi in the middle of the dojo in front of the cougar. The weird thing was that she was wearing high heels and was still able to walk around as if she was wearing normal shoes. There was no awkward movements at all when she walked, moved or even kicked.

Right next to me was a metal box that was filled with lava. What I was wondering was how did she get this lava? I know in the underground you could get a lot of illegal stuff but lava? Who would sell only lava?

The cougar moved her hands in a waving manner and I watched as the lava in the metal box gently move hitting the sides of the box as if it was a gentle wave. She then raised her hand and I watched in amazement as the lava rose. She moved her hands and the lava molded itself. It kept moving over and over until finally it formed a hand sticking out the middle finger!

The lava dropped back into the metal box and I glanced over at the cougar. "Now show me what you can do." she said. "I need to see where you are so that I can properly train you."

I nodded my head and stood in front of the metal box filled with lava. I closed my eyes and focused hard. I then raised my hands and swayed it before standing still.

"I don't even know where to start." I said. The cougar smiled revealing her bright white teeth.

"Don't worry, I'll teach you." She said. "Lava manipulation is not that hard. People make it seem to be harder than rocket science but once you understand it, it simply turns into childs play."

I nodded my head in understanding. "So what's the first thing that I have to do?" I asked.

"First things first, you need to awaken Hyoksi. For a limited time offer I can give you a 50 percent discount for a Hyoksi Injection"

"I already had a Hyoksi injection." I said. She seemed to be disappointed a bit.

"That's good, without Hyoksi even in a million years you would have not been able to manipulate lava. Sit down with your legs crossed." I did as I was told and the cougar walked behind me and sat down.

"First and foremost, you are going to need to familiarize yourself with Hyoksi manipulation. I'm going to move it around your body so that you can get a better feel for it."

She placed her hands on my back and for a few seconds I did not feel anything. I then felt my blood vessels expanding and contracting. My blood flow increased but not by much. I closed my eyes and then I felt it.

I felt the mysterious energy that swirled inside my body. I could see it in my body. I pictured it in my mind. A vase filled with a strange liquid was rotating on a wheel. It was slowly increasing in speed as another vase dumped a liquid onto it. The liquid was thick and clumpy and it was really hot. The vase increased in speed until finally it was spinning rapidly. The liquid from the other vase filled the vase that was spinning to the brim. It then stopped pouring the liquid into the other vase and disappeared.

The vase kept on spinning faster and faster and the strange liquid that had been poured into was splashing around. Within seconds half of the liquid had fallen out of the vase and yet it kept spinning faster.

"Focus." I heard her say. "Don't spill it, learn to control it. Think of the liquid as Hyoksi and the vase as your body, the less liquid you spill the more it shows that you have improved. Slow it down first." her soft voice was pleasing to listen to as it sounded like ASMR at a spa.

I focused on the vase and tried slowing it down. It was really hard as I did not have a strong imagination. Finally after some attempts the vase slowed down to a near stop still. The other vase returned and filled up my vase with the mysterious hot liquid. I had guessed that the mysterious hot liquid was her Hyoksi. Since she had a lava affinity it made sense that it would be hot.

The vase moved slowly and only a few drops splashed of. It wasn't that hard when it was moving at a slow speed.

"Ok, now slowly speed it up."

I focused on the vase and watched as it slowly move faster.

"Good, now maintain that speed. Do not go any faster or any slower."

I did as I was told although it was not easy. Maintaining a certain speed was very hard. I did not know how fast I was going as this was not a car. There was no speedometer that I could check so I had to rely on my instinct.

Occasionally I would increase the speed and sometimes I would slow it down. It continued like this for quite a while. A quarter of the water that was inside my vase had spilled. The area around my vase was wet with a hot liquid that produced smoke. As I guessed it was lava.

"Now speed it up faster."

It was at sunset when I left the dojo. It had been a truly eye opening experience for me. I didn't know how to manipulate Hyoksi so this was a huge help. Although I had a Hyoksi injection, I hadn't really used Hyoksi. My strength was from my muscles and not Hyoksi.

I had been using abilities and skills but now I had added another weapon to my arsenal. Hyoksi was going to be a huge help. I could coat my body in Hyoksi to create armour and increase my strength.

Just the thought of smashing someone with my tentacles that were covered in Hyoksi was fuelling me.
