Chapter 16

The next day, Ersel was riding the train while on the way to the university since Van sent him a message via Messenger that they would meet at its entrance. The time to check and see Lino’s apartment unit had nearly come and Ersel was not sure about whether to feel nervous or excited about it.

[What will I find there?] Ersel thought while trying to picture Lino’s apartment unit in his mind. [Would I be able to enter there? And would Lino be there too?]

Ersel thought about what he would possibly find if and only if he and Van were able to get inside Lino’s apartment unit. Would they see a messy or neat unit? Would they find any proof that Lino was actually Ersel’s childhood best friend? However, there is another bigger question: would they be able to or be allowed to get inside?
