Survival part-2?!

Nize, the water spirit concluded.

Nize, have heard from her mother Neptune, about Asmolodous, though he was behaving like a sensible adult now, she knows for sure how powerful and dangerous Asmolodous really is.

Asmolodous continued his reasoning,

"It is also because of your current state, master because you are still not fully awakened your true self it's also restrained most of our powers." Said Asmolodous sadly, it was like he was really worried about his new master.

At first, Asmolodous doesn't like August at all, not knowing himself if it was because he had to listen to An human order that he hated the most, or because he is working with his peers' children's.

But as the time passed his feeling and view about August changed along with it.

August treated him differently from his former master Zezen, where his former master Zezen treated him like a child even when he was mature enough, August didn't.

To him, August is an shy friend who didn't talk to much but would only talk when necessary moreover though August is human, his views and thought were too different from the human of the Agron, he didn't tried to side with humans in any way not even in jokes,  it was almost like he is veracious and an humorous  being  from  a different world.

It was also the reason why Asmolodous started like August in the first place, he started to open up and share his adventures, his time and moments he spent with his friends.

Even now when he talked about awakening,  August didn't try to prey any  further knowing himself that he won't really get an answer from Asmolodous.

"Master, I think I understand you know, this human is really different from the other." Asmolodous thought to himself while thinking about August in his mind.

 While Asmolodous was busy in his thoughts, August's full concentration was on the  battlefield he was observing every single move of each side carefully.

For any hidden variables.

August has already planned everything.

According to August's plan, demons will surely win the battle, given their prowess and all, but unlike last time when the demon king destroyed the whole planet in one strike, this time he won't let the demon king do that.

At the last moment when the demon king will try to end the war in a single attack, he would strike him with a thunderbolt with the help of all five spirits.

Saving himself and the world with it.

What about humans, right? 

Well he didn't really care about them in the first place. The only thing he wanted was his own  survival that could only be obtained  when one of the sides won the war and then continued living peacefully.

To him it doesn't matter if the winning side is demons or humans.

He won't be able to come with such a plan if not for Asmolodous, August always wondered why Agron only has five elements while excluding the most important  element " thunder".

If only humans could practice  thunder element  arts , won't they  win against the demons easily? 

He was confused, to him it was very obvious that thunder is the only element that could wipe out demons  easily, but in argon where they have fairies , trolls, weapon arts, alchemists and even magic and most importantly demons that threaten the whole world.

It was like someone or something had restricted the thunder from argon to help demons.

August asked Asmolodous about this and he was shocked to hear the answer.

According to Asmolodous, "thunder isn't really forbidden in this world but instead it was because thunder techniques require much more foundation to be practiced, which can't be  practiced by anyone in the world."

"But spirits that aren't really from this world can summon thunder after combining all of their powers and with the help of ancient technique that could also be practiced by the spirits."

August was shocked to hear that, but as he doesn't know about the upper or lower world rules and all, he didn't try to pry any further in this matter.

Suddenly when he was going through his plan he sensed an enormous amount of Demonic energy from the east side.

August instantly teleported himself to observe the situation.

After his arrival he saw the demon lord pointing his dark blade this is covered with Demonic energy , toward a human cultivator riding a Griffin.

August instantly recognised the human cultivator.

"Long xi?" said August in low eyes while narrowing his eyes.

He was confused to see long xi confronting demon lord all by himself, though it was true that long xi is one of the most powerful cultivators who was able to tame an ceaseos.

He was a tamer.

But even if he is backed  with his tamed beast he isn't a match for the demon lord, so why is he confronting the demon lord  alone?

It was also true for the mysterious ball shaped artifact floating in front of Long xi, August wasn't able to recognise it.

August shook  his head the sense and feeling of forbidding approaching.

"Asmolodous   summon the lighting!" Commanded August without wasting any more time.

He was startled to see long xi alone is the sky against the demon lord without any backing .

"A variable has appeared." August thought to himself.

Not long after the demon lord swings his blade while long defending himself from an ball shape artifact filled with holy light in front of him.

"Now attack". Said August.

After which two lightning bolts full of energy descend from the heavens itself and strike both parties.

Demon king who was about to end long xi life became stunned the moment lightning struck him. The same goes for the long xi, they both started to fall from the sky not able to use their prowess anymore.

"Yes!!" Shouted August with excitement.

He was thrilled after stopping the demon lord from destroying the world again.

He observed them falling to the ground and then Boom, with both the figures falling on the ground making two big holes on the ground.

August felt an itch, by that.

"Master as they were both hit by divine lighting, they would remain stunned for 30 sec in the meantime you could  threaten or warn  them so that they wouldn't fight anymore."

Said Asmolodous.

On the other hand August was taken aback by Asmolodous words.

"What are you saying, aren't we finished here it should be enough to end this battle right?" He asked in shock.

It was true and the only thing August planned, he would strike the demon king with the lighting and then all set.

No more destruction and he will survive the tragedy, not in the least did he think about threatening or Giving others and warning.

So, Asmolodous Question took him by surprise.

Asmolodous sighed after listening to August words.

"Master you are too naive—ahhh! I mean kind hearted." Asmolodous corrected himself.

"Do you really the demon army will spare the remaining humans just because they won, no they won't they will ultimately kill everyone of them."

"I think you are right, but what now I don't really what to speak about and also considering the fact that I can't even revel my identity?!" August said in a panicked voice.

Asmolodous quickly replied as if he was waiting for this opportunity.

"What about this master, let me speak on your behalf, as I have already experienced such a thing before, it won't be that hard for me to do that again". Offered Asmolodous.

August began to ponder on Asmolodous it was true that Asmolodous is the only one who can handle the situation in all of them, but just for assurance he still asked the other spirits opinion.

"What do you Guys think about it?" Asked August about the other four spirits' opinion.

The other four spirits who were already scared of Asmolodous, nodded their head without any hesitation.

August hummed and began to ponder again.

August believe that  Asmolodous won't be lying if he said that he can handle the situation that it means he could, but the only thing that keep bugging him, is Asmolodous hatred toward humans.

He was afraid that Asmolodous might break all of the remaining human spirits to even  live after this.

"Ok, you could speak on my behalf but take in consideration try to act mysterious ,ok."

Said August to Asmolodous, helplessly.

Asmolodous smiled heartedly and replied with a smirk.

"You could rest assured master I won't disappoint you." said Asmolodous.

Though he said that, somehow August was already  feeling guilty for the humans.
