After looking at the list in front of me I decided to start with the sit-up halfway through it Aurora and Rey returned, unfortunately, they didn't find any information on the system, so while I was doing the daily quest they explained the rest of this new reality to me "ok hear me out Liam because it will be a long story" stated Ray I nodded to him while switching from sit-up to push-up, " At the beginning, only 4 race existed at the time, those were the Humans who are not able to use mana what so ever. Then we have the demons like us we are a race that can live longer than any humans and we have low regenerative factors but it's very weak and doesn't heal everything so we use a healing spell but that is another thing. Us demons possess a kind of mana called Demonic mana that makes every incantation they use a dark version of it. For example, if normal mages use a fire spell the fire should be orange while if a demon does the same spell it will turn black, got it?" asked Rey to me to see if I was paying attention "Yes, for now, all clear" I said to him as I switched up from the push-up and started to run around to room " Good then now we have the angel race they have a long longevity too and they have the particular pure mana were is the opposite of us, all the spell they use is in their purest form possible making it even stronger. Lastly, we have the Dragon race, they live longer than normal humans but less the angels and demons, they have the hardest skin of all the races and their mana is a destructive type that boosts the attack power of all the offensive spells. In fewer words one attack from the dragon is like 2 times than 1 demon". I stopped running because I ran out of breath "That's all?" I asked Rey "No there's still more, that was in the past now things have changed a bit, there are 4 more races but we will explain it later otherwise you will be confused. However, how is your quest going?" asked, Rey "I still need to do 8 km of running and meditation but I don't know what the meditation is for" I said to them then Aurora said "The meditation is to have a deeper connection with the mana" "Eh mana I have that?" I asked them "Well now that you are a demon yes you have it," said Aurora "But first it's better to finish the run but not here. Follow us"

Rey and Aurora are helping me with this because I never did it.

For starters, I sat down and put my feet crossed like the normal meditation then Aurora started to explain "First close your eyes, then start relaxing." I started doing as she said "Now try to search for some kind of energy" explained Aurora as I tried to do so, after a minute or so I started the feel the energy she was talking about "I can feel it" I said to them "good now try to reach it." Said Rey, then I tried to reach it and when I did I felt good, I felt like I was becoming stronger I felt the mana running through my body, it was an amazing feeling.

"Now, remember what it felt like and stay 30 minutes making your power circulate through all your body. Got it?" "Yes, I will". Then I restarted the meditation while they went out.

POV AURORA

Me and Rey returned to the room where Liam was with a tray of food because when you move the mana around your body for the first time you get exhausted and very hungry, so we got out in advance to get him some food to get to the energy back. When we returned he was still meditating, I and Rey decided to stay with him we could see his face was so relaxed and focused at the same time, It's kind of cute, before today we didn't talk that much but when we did he was very gentle and kind, it remembered me of a cinnamon roll. He started to open his eyes and started to breathe evenly

POV LIAM

When I opened my eyes I started to feel tired and I was very hungry, then I noticed Aurora and Rey in front with a tray of food, after they put it down I started to scarf everything down "Calm down the food is not going anywhere" Said Rey, I started to eat a bit slowly "The hunger and the fatigue are normal when you do this thing for the first time so I and Rey got you something to eat while you were meditating" said Aurora "ohh really, thank you". Then the system appeared in front of me

Then I thought of it and a black box with a red ribbon appeared in my hand Rey and Aurora were surprised "So it was true" "You really have a system" "Wait you didn't believe me?" I asked them. "Well it's difficult to believe someone talking about a system that no one heard" "Well yes you're right, well let's see this box," I said then a message from the system appeared

It's a bit hard to hold it so I thought of putting the sword in the inventory and the sword disappeared, this thing is cool "Where did the sword go?" asked Aurora "I put it in the inventory" I said to her then Rey said "Then we have one less thing to teach you because we know a spatial storage spell, but since you have the inventory there's no need to teach you that. And in the videogame, the inventory can have a large/infinity containing space while our spell is limited to a few objects." Explained him. Then I remembered I got a skill before when I started meditating, I went to check it out then the window from the system appeared.
