ABSOLUTE ZERO

My name is Veronica, well known as one of the four celestial dragons of this world, the Firedragon Veron. We celestial dragons have the ability, to grant any wishes from the people who can find us. that's why I lived in the tallest volcano in this world where anyone can't reach me from this high place. And only a few chosen heroes will be able to reach me to beg for my help and grant their wishes. I'm doing this for hundreds of years, staying on the top of this volcano and waiting for anyone who can reach me. I getting bored of this world, living alone like this, doing nothing but watching the world from above. If only I can grant my wish, I want to live like a normal, being surrounded by townspeople living together, and I want a normal family or friends and to live a happy life. But this simple wish of mine is impossible to be granted.

And then one day, my dull life has been changed into an exciting journey.

Girl: Hmm... what is wrong with this map it says there's a city near this location but...

Girl: WHY THE HELL I AM IN THE TOP OF NOWHERE!!!

Girl: Ahh if I continue walking I'm gonna die out of starvation (sob)...

When the girl is resting she senses extreme magic power around the area. she look around until she found where it came from.

Girl: This cave... I wonder what kind of creature is inside of it.

The girl entered and follows where the strong magic power leads. Until she found a dragon's nest with Veron waiting for her.

Veron: (A child?... how could she get up here?..)

Veron: Listen to my words child of a mortal I am Veron, A celestial fire dragon

Veron: Leave this place, if you still value your life.

Veron released an intimidating aura to scare the girl and leave.

Girl: Wow you're so huge awesome!

Girl: I never saw a huge dragon like you before!

Veron: (She doesn't even scare in me..)

Veron: Do you understand what situation you are in right now?!

Girl: I don't know what are you talking about

Girl: All I know is that I'm lost and end up here

Veron: I don't have time to deal with you.

Veron become impatient and accidentally swiped the entire area where the girl standing.

Veron: Answer me!

Veron:( This is bad I can't see her)

Girl: wahahh! That's dangerous

Veron:( She's sitting in my head? when did she?..)

Girl: Oii what the fuck is your problem?

Veron( What is she?)

Veron gets intrigued by what the girl is

Veron transformed into a human form

Veron: I will grant any wish you want even my life if you want

Girl: Fair enough, I accept your challenge

Veron: Well then. let's begin!

Veron quickly attacks directly to the girl, but the girl dodges Veron's attacks casually.

Veron: (She can catch up with my speed)

Veron continues to throw punches and kicks nonstop until she gets close to the girl.

Veron: *Smiles* got you. It's over now!

Veron throws a heavy punch toward the girl, but the girl immediately grabs her arms and used Veron's weight to throw her. Veron got shocked at what happened because she got thrown like nothing. when Veron looked at the girl, she saw an insulting smug face.

Veron: Are you mocking me?

Girl: Hmm? what do you mean? *Holding her laugh*

Veron: You dare to insult me? You will pay for it! *embarrassed and about to cry*

Girl: Oooh you gonna cry? Go on I won't judge.

Veron: tsk!

Veron raise her right hand towards the girl and started to enchant her magic.

Veron: The flame will soon be released. Creeping war, unavoidable destruction. The horn of battle sounds aloud, the cruelty of conflict will envelop all. Come, crimson flames, the ruthless inferno. You are the avatar of hellfire. Sweep completely, bring a close to the great war. Burn them through.

Veron was about to launch her magic but suddenly her mana become unstable and she lost control of her magic. Her magic backfired but missed Veron and hit the wall behind her that destroyed the whole dragon nest and the entire cave.

Veron: *Confused* what happened to my mana?

Veron: My magic...

Veron lost the will to continue the fight due to shock and confusion.

Girl: There's no problem with your magic

Girl: Magic manipulation [Skill: Karma]

Girl: *Smug* looks like I won this duel hehe.

Veron once again looked at the girl's face and she saw a familiar mark on her right eye, and she began to sweat heavily and terrified

Veron: (That mark... It can't be...)

Veron: (This girl... is a Supreme Demon Emperor)

Veron: (Her smiles are pure kindness, she looks like a divine being despite being a demon)

Veron: Well then. As you can see We celestial dragons are different from other dragons, we didn't born in this state instead we are chosen by fate once we received our baptism. being a celestial dragon isn't this bad, but I don't like it either, having a duty to grant any wish to those who are chosen. being left behind after getting what they wanted. That's why I decided to live here where almost no one can reach me

Veron: Sorry for disappointing you I don't go on such an adventure you expected but living here alone for hundreds of years instead.

Girl: Are you enjoying your life alone in here?

Girl: You know what, After I leave my home, I travel for 100 years alone in this world and it feels lonely you know.

Girl: To be honest I want a friend to live freely with me that's all

Veron: Me... me too *blushes*

They looked at each other and laugh for no reason. And that's how they end up being friends

Veron: By the way, I didn't know your name yet.

Girl: Hmm? My name is Lilith, nice to meetcha Veron *smiles*

Veron: Veronica...

Veronica: You can call me Veronica from now on Li...Lilith *Blushes*

Lilith: Don't be shy now Veronica we are friends now hahaha!

Veronica: Anyway what is your wish?

Lilith: You still up with that topic huh

Lilith: I got a friend already that's enough for me.

Lilith: but if it's the call of your duty, very well...

Lilith: I state my wish!
