Michael-kun and the Giant

Even though he was exhausted by now, Michael kept on running and running to reach the city in the least amount of time.

"I can't rest now! I sent Mr. Monet to help Salter, so my target is Nero! That guy he was fighting had some weird ability that used his city as power or something... that's strange though... El Dorado is based in South America! Shouldn't its owner be someone native from that land? I guess I'll ask questions later..."

He pondered these thoughts as he advanced towards the city, when he was suddenly forced to dodge an arrow.

"What the hell?" He looked around and noticed that an army of people clearly from East Asia had surrounded him quickly. Together with them, there were other, more primitive-looking men, and people with heads of wolves.

"I swear, it's just one oddities after another in this land... and then they call me strange..."

Michael said with a smile, as if to hide his worry.

"I can tell that these people are not Servants... however... some of them are wielding Noble Phantasms... that's weird... and also dangerous... especially now that I can't just make them disappear. Right now, all I can do is move things with my mind. Fortunately, there's something very light but very deadly all around me..."

Michael thought as he started lifting heavy winds of sands that started travelling around him in a circle, to create a protective barrier.

"I don't suppose you want to chat for a bit."

He was barely able to say such a remark, that he was shot at once more. However, a sort of sand blade was able to block the attack.

"That's too bad... but I guess it's better like this... I'm also in a hurry."

He snarked as he lifted himself in the air, avoiding the charge of the wolfmen and the other savages as he started to make sand rain down his enemies at high speed. The archers and polearm users countered such an attempt by throwing their own weapons.

They crashed midway, causing a series of explosions, like a firework festival. All sand released then regrouped into one giant pillar that Michael shot down, making the entire dune collapse, covering some of his enemies in a sea of sand, drowning them. He then made a ring of sand all around the remaining troops. The soldiers readied for another strike, however, before they could hit him, some patches of sand began to shoot out the ring of sand, towards the soldiers, and then many others followed at the same time in a pincer manuveur.

Many of them were hit and injured, and he could have wiped them all out fairly easily, but right in that moment, just before his flawless victory... a shadow blocked out the Sun.

Michael turned around and saw a giant with an equally gigantic sword, ready to strike at him. He barely reacted in time and summoned enough sand to create a shield that could block the swing, at least for enough time for Michael to fly out of the way. The archers took the opportunity and unleashed a barrage on him, forcing him to evade both their arrows and the violent swings of the giant, Mog. He also possessed a Noble Phantasm, despite not being himself a Servant.

"Damn it... their coordinated attack leaves me no time to think of a counter or a good move... and my mana is getting less and less!"

Michael kept thinking hard on what to do and how to get out of such a tricky situation. He kept on doing it even as the arrows came again, and one of them pierced his shoulder, even as the giant kept swinging around his sword, even when his nose started bleeding.
