Chapter 60: A Bold Declaration

After their lively lunch, William leaned back with a satisfied grin, glancing at the group around the table. "Alright, everyone," he announced, "it's time for us to leave. But… there's one more thing I need to handle before we leave the Sabaody Archipelago."

Everyone looked up, curious. William turned to Shakky, his gaze serious. "Shakky, tell me where can I find the slave traders. And the human auctioning houses."

Shakky raised an eyebrow, sensing the intensity in his tone. "What exactly are you planning, William?"

He didn't hesitate, his eyes flashing with determination. "I'm going to slaughter them all."

Shakky sighed, both surprised and impressed. "I see. Well, if you're serious, the lawless area in Sabaody Archipelago is the place you'll want to focus on. Areas 1 through 29… human traffickers, pirates, bounty hunters, and criminals run wild there. and there is an auction going to be held tomorrow at The Human Auctioning House in Area 1."

A smile crossed William's face. "Any Celestial Dragons attending?"

Shakky nodded. "Two of them, actually. It's likely they'll be there bidding. But that also means more guards and attention from the Navy."

Hearing this, William's grin only widened. "Even better. I have a great idea, and let's just say the World Government won't be happy about it."

His excitement caught the girls' attention, and he turned to them with a mischievous glint in his eye. "How about it, ladies? Want to stir up some trouble and make the World Government enraged?"

Sandersonia leaned in with a grin, intrigued. "What kind of trouble are we talking about?"

William laughed mischievously. "How about… we execute a Celestial Dragon, right in front of the whole world?"

The bar fell silent, the weight of his words sinking in. Hancock was the first to break the quiet, a fierce determination in her voice. "That's brilliant. I'm in."

Marigold and Sandersonia's eyes gleamed with excitement, and they nodded in unison. "We're in, too."

Robin's smiled and her gaze met William's. "Executing a Celestial Dragon in front of the whole world… we'd be the first to do it," she said thoughtfully. "we will go down in history. I like that, count me in."

Shakky, though impressed by their audacity, couldn't help but feel a tinge of worry. She gave William a pointed look. "You know this will bring the World Government's wrath. They'll send everything they've got to hunt you kids down. I know you are strong, but you're not ready to fight the world government yet?"

William met her gaze without flinching. "I know, Shakky. I'm not ready to fight them head-on yet. But, if I want to escape, they can't stop me. Trust me, I have it under control."

Still doubtful, Shakky glanced at Rayleigh, searching for his opinion. "What do you think, Rayleigh?"

Rayleigh smiled, his eyes proud. "If William wants to escape with those space powers of his, there's not much anyone can do to stop him. If this is what you want kid, then go for it. Just… be careful."

William gave Rayleigh a respectful nod, reassured by his mentor's support. Then he turned to Shakky with a mischievous glint. "Shakky, do you have a way to get in touch with Morgans?"

She looked at him curiously. "I do… but why do you want to contact that stupid bird?"

William chuckled, crossing his arms. "I need him to set up a live broadcast. I just don't know if he has the guts to do it."

Shakky's eyes widened slightly, but she only smiled, walking over to a shelf behind the bar. She pulled out a small case and placed it on the counter. "Let me find his number for you."

Rayleigh, meanwhile, folded his arms thoughtfully. "Once the World Government and Navy get wind that you've captured a Celestial Dragon, they'll send an admiral. Probably all three to stop you."

Robin leaned in, her expression sharp. "Then we don't capture the Celestial Dragon until everything's ready."

William smirked, nodding approvingly. "Smart thinking, Robin. We'll get everything set up first. Then, we'll grab him, go live, and finish it before anyone has the chance to interfere."

Marigold's excitement was palpable. "It's decided then! I can't wait!"

William grinned, his confidence radiating as he looked over his crew. "Alright, here's the plan. Tomorrow, we'll split up. Hancock, you'll go with Marie. Robin, you'll go with Sonia. I'll go alone. We'll hit Areas 2 through 29, take out the slave traders, and free the slaves. Then, we'll regroup at the Human Auctioning House in Area 1 before the auction starts."

The girls nodded, each of them already thinking ahead to what was coming.

Just then, Shakky returned with a pair of Den Den Mushis: one standard and a White Den Den Mushi. She explained, "This White Den Den Mushi produces a signal that neutralizes Black Den Den Mushi eavesdropping. You can attach it to the standard one to encrypt your calls. It takes a bit to set up, so it's not great for emergencies. But for this call? It'll keep the Navy out of your business."

She handed it to William, who attached the White Den Den Mushi as instructed. The line connected, and William dialed Morgans's number, holding the Den Den Mushi close as it began to ring.

After a moment, a raspy voice answered on the other end. "This is Morgans. Who is it?"

William leaned forward, a smirk on his face as he began the call that would set everything in motion.
