COMING OF AGE

RAIN

 A pop of champagne bottle echoes around the private dining area followed by a cheeky laugh.

"Yes! This looks delicious," Day laughs as the waiter pours us the drinks.

"What if it's not, what if it's sour and you hate it?" Travis asks as he pulls Day by his waist where they are seated next to each other.

"Then you will order another one until I get my delicious champagne," Day shrugs, tilting his head to look at his mate who only laughs before kissing him softly.

"Okay you two," Liam chuckles beside me and I sigh as I take the flute and take a sip. It is sweet. It tastes like juice which makes me know I might be drinking more tonight.

I don't have to worry because Liam will carry me. He is here with me.

Day suggested a double date and I agreed because I felt like we hadn't gone out in ages. The boys are with us tonight which means no crazy adventures, no mistakes, or unruly behavior.
