Chapter 108: The banquet [Emergency!]

On their way to the restroom, Yohan voiced his concern.

"Shouldn't we check on Jed's situation first? We can discreetly observe from afar to see if everything is alright."

Landon and Cyruss had momentarily forgotten about Jed amidst the encounter with Ju-Ho.

"Isn't using the restroom more urgent for you right now?" Landon asked as he pulled out his phone. "We can ask Jun about Jed's status via message. It's probably best if we stay clear of that area for a bit."

Cyruss also checked his phone and raised an eyebrow at whatever message he received.

"Heh... Kian messaged me saying not to go near our previous table," Cyruss relayed. "Apparently Kane's group has intercepted him."

Yohan felt uneasy hearing about Kian's situation with Kane. At least they were in separate areas of the banquet hall for now, sparing Yohan from getting entangled in any potential drama between them.
