Chapter 63: A glimpse of the past [Moonlight]

Kian's throat tightened, his ears burning with a heat he couldn't quite control. He desperately tried to avert his gaze from Yohan's body, but his eyes seemed to have a mind of their own. They traced the contours of Yohan's bare chest down to his stomach, then involuntarily darted lower, catching sight of the tempting curve of Yohan's mermaid line. Embarrassment flooded him, forcing him to quickly turn away. He then cleared his throat awkwardly.

"Yohan," he began hesitantly, "your blanket...it fell."

It was only then that Yohan registered why Kian had stiffened in horror – he was standing completely naked before him! A wave of crimson flushed across his face as hot as any summer sun as he scrambled for the discarded blanket on the floor, wrapping it around himself like a protective cocoon.

"I... I didn't realize it fell," he mumbled, his voice barely above a whisper. "Not that I wanted to be naked in front of you..."
