"Good morning everyone. You're all welcome to this meeting. This is MnC international…" Mrs Margret heartily welcomed them all. She ended up selling 60% of the company shares to three investors: each buying a 20% share.

With time passing, Margaret and her daughter didn't have enough money to oversee 40% of the company's affairs again, which led them to selling 25% of their shares to another investor, making themselves to be only 15% shareholders of the company.

"It is high time we change the leadership of this company, because I don't think it is nice to allow a person who cannot own the smallest share, to continue being the CEO of this great rising company." A board member suggested at the board meeting.
