Concerned

Lithe nodded instantly. 

Stuck in this outfit he didn't want to get groped by strangers for the rest of the night so he would just have to put up with the alpha.

He needed company if he planned to ignore Ash for the night and give the ex-crush a taste of his own medicine.

Tonight Ash would have to wait until Lithe was ready to leave the party not the other way around.

Where was all this bold and new found self confidence coming from?

Still, it was amazing that he didn't hesitate at all.

There was just something reliable about Zen.

He couldn't put his finger on it, perhaps it was just an innate part of Zen's character.

Whatever this juju was, it just radiated outwards from deep within and it emboldened even Lithe. 

Never a risk taker being in Zen's presence made him want to act out of the ordinary.

If it was even for just one night with the alpha.

Lithe just felt stimulated by Zen's dominance.

Zen has this irresistible pull and Lithe's mind and body could not help but respond to it. 

He had expected Zen to be smug about him giving his consent so easily.

It seemed like the alpha had other things on his mind, his expression seemed troubled.

As if he wondered about whether or not he was making the right decision where Lithe was concerned, then Zen spoke again.

"If you recognize someone that you would rather avoid just whisper discreetly in my ears and I will do my best to deflect, just don't panic. I'll take care of everything."

"Understood," said Lithe immediately. 

He blushed again, still feeling flustered by his wild thoughts.

Zen took Lithe's right hand and kissed the back of it before lacing his fingers through his. 

Now they were walking deeper into the mansion comparable to walking into a lion's den. 

They pushed and bounced their way through the throng of partygoers until they reached the other side. 

Eventually they walked towards a long corridor but even in the narrow aisle there were couples and various small groups lined up against the wall. 

A bald headed sugar daddy, with a beer gut that protruded through his vampire costume made eye contact with Lithe.

Then the pot bellied vampire licked his lips before he pressed his fake fangs and took a bite out of his omega companion's neck. 

The female omega being Dracula'd wore a pink Barbie costume.

She was in so much ecstasy that the female omega didn't even notice their presence but still Lithe averted his eyes shyly. 

As they kept walking Lithe realized they were about to pass the indoor pool deck.

Some were swimming while others were just chatting and sitting on lounge chairs until they had the misfortune to look closer. 

His eyes widened when he saw that some of the girls were wearing nothing but strings that served as bikinis. 

Nothing was covered or left to the imagination, three of the ladies closest to Lithe were exhaling puffs of thin smoke and passing a hookah bong around in their private circle. 

A brunette and redhead were sitting back to back on a lounge chair.

The redhead with her feet cocked up on the part where you normally would rest your head had two men leaning over attentively. 

Both had one of each breast in their mouths.

Not to be outdone the brunette had her legs spread eagle and a man was between those legs working his mouth like he was bobbing for apples. 

Lithe never thought of himself as prude before now but what he saw just confirmed that some things were best kept in the privacy of the bedroom. 

Still it was like watching a train wreck, he was so busy ogling the freaky couples that he crashed right into Zen's side. 

"Sorry," he mouthed.

Lithe did not want to interrupt the lovers tryst and draw unnecessary attention to him and Zen.

The third woman just stood watching the couples like a voyeur and continued playing with herself when she wasn't dancing or huffing on the hookah like she was waiting on her turn. 

"Something caught your eye?" asked Zen amused. "Want us to move closer, so you can get a closer look?"

"No," Lithe slapped him on the shoulder. "I've seen enough, let's just go."

The couple continued to walk along the indoor pool deck that connected to another passageway. 

An ornate metal door blocked them from going any further.

Zen swiftly entered a code, the metallic door made several unlocking sounds before the doors slid wide open. 

They passed through it quickly before the doors closed again and it was like stepping into another world.

In this area of the mansion the vibe was different, there were green plants everywhere reminding Lithe of a scene from The Jungle Book. 

The temperature was modulated and there were less lights and no music.

Lithe could actually hear himself think and the whole vibe just screamed exotic.

They passed huge aquarium tanks with displays of all kinds of marine life, you name it and it was probably there. 

Up ahead Lithe heard loud groans, they passed a room with glass windows. 

Two men were in there and they wore ski masks on their faces that only left spaces for their eyes and the rest of them were completely naked.

One of the men was suspended upside down and the other was using a cat o'nine tail whip. 

Every time he smacked his lover the body would swing from side to side.

Lithe knew it wasn't his because he had deliberately left his behind in the limousine along with Ashley's trench coat. 

"Interested?"

Zen startled Lithe when he suddenly turned around with an enigmatic expression on his face. 

Lithe frowned.

"I guess you don't swing that way," Zen murmured. "No need to be a scaredy cat, we need to pass a few more rooms before you can have a private bathroom all to yourself."

"Scared, not me!"

"No need to shout. The last thing we want to do is break their concentration when they are just getting into the swings of things."

They walked a little further until they came to another display room and what Lithe saw next he would never forget for the rest of his life.
