Through the rearview mirror, Charles caught a pair of icy eyes staring back at him.

With the siren blaring, the vehicles on the street made way, allowing the ambulance to speed through, rushing Daniel to the largest hospital in Lsengard. Fortunately, after examination, it turned out he only had broken ribs and a slight dislocation of his internal organs, nothing too severe.
