[London. The Black Star base.]

After returning from the "battle", Vitold almost immediately went to his office to contact the leader and report on everything he had seen. 

At the same time, he did not forget to extract memories along the way and send them to headquarters, because the existence of such a powerful wizard right next door could seriously damage the plans if he suddenly decided to interfere in their affairs, which of course was unlikely, but it was simply impossible to rule out such a thing, and besides this, it was worth reporting on the "Queens" who had appeared in Britain and were a threat that was much more dangerous than one old man.

And just at that time, in the secret room, he stood in front of the mirror and was already describing every moment in detail to his boss, who listened to him silently, without interrupting, as if he was not surprised by what he heard, except for a weak "o" when he told him about the old man's strength and his assumptions, but when it came to the "Queens", he did not react at all, as if he already knew about it.

And this was not surprising, because Britain was quite close to the western continents, where the main forces of the organisation were located, and one of the reasons, in addition to England's precarious position, was the limitation of their influence to that very "island" that did not allow the enemy to turn around under their nose, albeit at the other end. 

For this reason, he was not particularly surprised by their appearance, it was only a matter of time before they would want to expand their influence, because the Northern and Southern Continents were already under the control of the "Queens". 

And the reports from the spies on the borders, about the traces of the organisation found, spoke volumes. 

But while they did not take active actions because of the magical agreement signed by him and the leader of the "Queens", therefore the "Black Star" could calmly increase its forces, at least for the next fifty years. 

But even in such an agreement there were loopholes left by both themselves and the leader of another organisation, therefore, they could use them to throw their people into enemy territory.

And only half an hour later, Vitold finished his report, under the silent nod of the leader sitting in the chair.

"Interesting, he exceeded all my expectations, this Ichiros... what a pity that we won't be able to lure him to our side…"

"Maybe we should try to "persuade" him…"

"No need," he waved it off weakly, immediately understanding what Vitold wanted to suggest, "What's the point of making an enemy in the person of such a wizard, when that day he "said" with his actions that he would not interfere in our affairs, don't disappoint me, Vitold…"

"I-I'm sorry, I was too excited and said something stupid," he quickly babbled, falling to one knee and lowering his head, almost biting his tongue, because he himself understood that he had uttered nonsense.

"I'm glad you understand this, what else can you say?" 

"This... in my opinion, he deliberately staged this "show" to show his strength…" swallowing, he expressed his opinion, cautiously raising his gaze to the leader, "... in addition to us, there were also people from the "Ministry of Magic" and the "Death Eaters", I think he wanted to say that we should no longer involve him and Severus in our fight, and this most likely also concerned the Blacks, whom he openly protected from the "Queens" …"

"Okay, counted, although anyone could have guessed before, having thought everything over sensibly, but I will forget your past mistake for now," he drawled with almost imperceptible sarcasm, clapping a couple of times, and then added ,  'Bring the boy to me, I want to talk to him."

"Yes, I will try to do …"

"Why are you always rushing? Not right now, let's say ... in a week, when everything settles down."

"As you command!"  Vitold exclaimed, lowering his head again.

"Okay, let's leave that question aside for now, tell me how things are going with introducing our man into the Department of Mysteries?" 

"Yes…" with a wry smile, he began to talk about successes that simply did not exist, because the Department of Mysteries was too protected a place and just anyone was not allowed in, so they decided to change their plan and find out the names of its members, and try to work through them...

Having dispelled his clone, Severus could finally throw off his cloak for the next couple of days.

"... I don't understand, if they are feuding, then how did these "Queens" manage to penetrate the country?"

"It's simple," smiling sadly and stroking the snake on the top of the head, he slowly began to descend the stairs that appeared in front of him, leading to the dungeon, "Most likely, both leaders agreed, one would give something to the other, in exchange for a favour, and this favour was permission to capture me and with this, the leader of the "Black Star" killed two birds with one stone: firstly, he got something from the "Queen", and secondly, he thoroughly tested our strength, but perhaps this is for the best …"

"Now he will think twice before plotting anything against us," Nagini hissed, squinting unkindly, to which the Prince nodded softly.

"That's right, but there are downsides to this, it will be harder to predict his next actions, although most likely he will want to chat with me soon.." Having stepped over the last step, the stairs behind him gradually began to disappear.

"Why? Shouldn't he stay away from us after this?" The maledictus looked at him in surprise. 

"My naive," poking the discontentedly snorting snake in the nose, Snape approached the cage where two unconscious members of the "Queen" were chained, "He will want to know something ...: first of all, our awareness, my attitude towards the attackers, my opinion about the organisation, but the main emphasis will be placed on the "teacher", I will not be surprised if he wants to try to persuade "Ichiros" to join the "Black Star" through me, but of course, he will not talk about it directly, because "Amon" has already outlined his position during those negotiations, when he did not come to them and allowed the student to decide everything."

" I see ... this is definitely not my thing …"

"You are very smart, I just watched this for too long, and I know much more than you about the situation in the Magic World, so leave it to me, I do not want my innocent snake to disappear."

"I'm going to bite you now…" she muttered embarrassedly, turning away, although she was still very pleased to hear something like that.

"Okay, go back to the living room for now, and I need to get to work,"  he looked down at the kitten walking behind them, "And you too."

"~ Mrrrrr…" the baby nodded and looked at him one last time, and then at the chained bodies, and simply disappeared from the room.

"Okay, I won't distract you, but when you finish…" the next moment, her muzzle froze a centimetre from his face and with a squint, she looked straight into the eyes of the wizard,  "YOU WILL TAKE A BREAK AND REST, OR OTHERWISE I WILL BITE YOU!"

"Okay…" he grinned and kissed her on the nose, which made the snake just hang there for a couple of seconds, and when she realised what had happened, her consciousness was filled with embarrassment mixed with rapidly growing indignation, which began to terrorise his mind in waves.

"Y-you...!"

"And there is no need to order me and threaten,"  the Prince measured her with a mocking look, "Repeat?" he raised an eyebrow defiantly, which made Nagini jump back sharply and even look at him somehow hunted, as if at a real villain, and no longer able to restrain himself, he laughed sincerely.

"Still, I need to "cheer up" like this more often, when you are embarrassed, you look especially cute."

"Fool!" she said as a last word before disappearing. 

"Still, there is something in this…" returning his usual smile, he looked at the two chained bodies and opened the cage. 

"Okay, time to work a little…" 

First, Severus decided to deal with these two and get to know the seal in their minds better, and only then with Amelia, who should know much more about the organisation than they do...
