Lin Shen and Bart looked at the statue in the beam of light and were both astonished, for the statue's appearance was exactly the same as the one in the church.

However, the church's statue was in a state of disrepair, while the one in the beam of light was dazzlingly brilliant, radiating a holy luminescence all over.
