“Who is Cheol?” I asked, my voice cracked. “Why didn’t you tell me everything? Why didn’t you tell me about him?”

“Oh, Stella,” Auntie’s voice softened, and it made me scared because there’s the mischief in it. “He’s nothing important.”

I was at a loss for words.

“And about Tyler, I think he was no good for you,” she said. “Come on, Stella. How could you trust a guy who got you pregnant and then left you when you needed him the most? He didn’t even visit you in the hospital when you had an accident. He even told me that he couldn’t do anything about you and just forget about him. I was just trying to protect you, so I didn’t tell you about him.”

I shook my head in disbelief as I cried. She’s a liar!
