Glass manufacturing plant (2

"After the sell of a part of the cement plant, I can now boast about being rich. My pockets are no longer empty so... Tanya, I wanna take you to a vacation to Pollow, will you join?" Virtya asked Tanya with a smile. Of course, Virtya was not going to Pollow for a real vacation but he was simply going there to oversee the construction of the glass manufacturing plant. Actually, Virtya was taking this mission as a vacation for himself because he knew that there was a major project that he was going to do next. This project was too complicated and it would need Virtya to put all his concentration onto it so that he could see it being successful.

Tanya gave the piece of paper to Virtya and said expressionlessly,

"Everywhere you go, I will be there, it is my role to be by your side always, your majesty."

Virtya nodded his head as he only wanted to hear Tanya's voice often even if he knew what answer she would say to him.

He stared at her eyes for a few moments and stood up,

"Shall we?" Virtya asked, and Tanya was the first to step out of the office and when Virtya was about to exit,

The left out Alexandre stood up quickly and followed them.

"Am I not invited to your vacation? I can smell the smell of wine somewhere, how could you guys leave this daddy behind?"

As Virtya's carriages headed to Pollow, he could see that there were many changes in Whiten. The most striking change was that Virtya could see many new faces around and the market and the streets of Whiten were crowdy which showed that the population of the city had climbed up due to the presence of the foreigners and the slaves that Virtya usually bought before freeing them to mingle with the natives.

Virtya was sure that the population of this city was about to strike 200, 000 people which was a ridiculous sum for a kingdom like Azuhai because it was only large and advances kingdoms like Litkesh and Magyo that could boast such number of people around its cities.

Everywhere that the carriages passed, the people had to stop and lower their heads in respect. Back then, they only did this because they were afraid of the knights but currently, Virtya could see that they did it willingly even if there was still a little stubbornness in their eyes.

After all, if it was food, it was in plenty as opposed to last year where food was expensive and limited in supply. Furthermore, jobs were there to ensure that the pockets of these people was always occupied with some coins.

Virtya's caravan quickly headed towards Pollow but when they reached to Pollow, they had to to come down because the route towards the valley was too muddy and it could not allow the movement of the carriages. Virtya could only choose to use the horses to reach where he wanted to be.

"I guess... This road has to be built a new." Virtya said to himself. Many carriages and the future vehicles would use this route to the cement plant and therefore, Virtya would need to upgrade this road if he wanted a smooth movement to the factories but he would do that later as currently, he was totally occupied with some other stuffs.

"Welcome your majesty!" Bogdan Falin and his crew was the person who was there to welcome Virtya and as for Osip, he was elsewhere and he was busy with other projects that Virtya had assigned to him.

"I think everything should be ready by now, right?" Virtya asked Bogdan who was guiding him to the construction site of the apartments. Here, Virtya could see that the tallest block had reached sixteen floors while towering above the others. The progress was good and when Virtya turned to look at the ongoing construction of the bridge, he could see that it was also going on well.

"Has cement been taken to the site?" Virtya asked. He wanted to know if the necessary preparation for the construction of the glass manufacturing plant had already been put in place, after all, before coming to this place, Virtya had ordered Bogdan to arrange what was needed before his arrival.

"Everything is set, your majesty." Bogdan answered confidently. Virtya was going to build the glass manufacturing plant close to the cement plant. That was a better place close to the turbine but this factory would be inside the valley. As one should know, the valley was always in motion not to mention the unfavourable terrain but Virtya could not think of another place to put up the glass manufacturing plant, this was the only place that he could think of. Virtya was only doing this because he had cement which could reinforce the phases of the glass plant as opposed to steel which was helpless on this terrain.

Even until now, the workers were bringing down the materials that would be used for the construction of the glass factory. There were building blocks, cement, steel for construction, cogwheels for construction of several mechanisms and the others.

For this glass factory, Virtya planned to enable it to manufacture both the float glass and the container glass.
