These people are Zelretch and Sparkle. Zelretch is the user of the second magic that allows him to travel through parallel worlds among other incredible things.

Sparkle is a notorious member of the Masked Fools and the two are together on this unique occasion to meet someone.

Zelretch said this in a natural tone, treating the dragon as if you were an ordinary person. The dragon responded in a loud and bestial tone of voice.

The dragon said this looking at Sparkle and Zelretch continued to smile calmly.
