Selene knelt on the floor in tears, she was weeping profusely. Her eyes were all red and puffy, her voice was patched and her throat dry.

"Lord Oberon, believe me. I could never think of such a thing. I promise." She said in between tears.

Nyx stood besides Oberon cursing and swearing at Selene.

"Such an ungrateful scum! You should have seen it Oberon, she literally tried to kill me!"

Oberon lifted his chin lightly, his eyes fell on Selene who didn't stop begging for Mercy.

"Selene, I ask you for the very last time, why did you try to kill Nyx?" He asked his eyes dark and cold.

Selene hiccupped and gulped, "Lord Oberon, please believe me. I swear on my life, I didn't have any intention of killing Lady Nyx, I can't think of it let alone execute it." Tears flowed freely down her face.
