On the podium, you slightly squinted your eyes, scanning over everyone seated before you, and smiled, "Everyone comes from different families, different living environments, carrying with them different expectations from their parents."
You stepped off the podium, slowly pacing through the aisle between desks.
"However, there's one thing I'd like everyone to remember: this place is a school, and you are students. The moment you step into the school gates, the outside world has nothing to do with you."
Continuing, "Every person, at each stage in their life, will play different roles. Whether you do so actively or passively, you must accept it because that's life."
Turning around, you stood on the podium again: "Studying is a student's bounden duty. If you, as students, do not study, what else can you do?"
