San Ya hung her head, not daring to move again, glanced at Pei Qin, and quickly ran into the house to help Lady Fang tidy up the bedding.

Lady Zhu's face looked ugly as she glared at Pei Qin and raised her voice to call out, "Si Ya! Wenlee! Wenlee!"

Pei Qin watched with cold eyes.

Old Pei's face gained a few more wrinkles as he pursed his lips, slung the basket over his shoulder, and took the iron shovel out the door.

Unable to find Pei Wenlee, Lady Zhu had no choice but to go to the kitchen herself to help Lady Chen.

During the meal, Old Pei said that Lady Fang and Pei Qin should come to the main room to eat.
