That's absurd.

Days later, things had gone back to normal.

Fil and Jackson flew back to the country. Their initial plan was to pick up her parents so they could go to the resort together, but at Jackson's insistence, the plans changed. Hence, the couple went straight to the resort while his people fetched her parents to their meeting place. 

Fil spotted Jackson in the armchair, drinking his coffee while reading a newspaper. 

"Good morning~" she hugged him from behind, planting a soft kiss on his cheek. "You're up early."

Jackson glanced back at her with a smile. "Dustin already arrived today. He'll come here later to test your dress and mom's."

"That's quick." Fil was in awe, looking at him innocently. "Will Kim also come?"

"Sadly, she has some international work."

"Work?" she frowned, a little worried. "I thought she told me she hadn't signed any work until the wedding?"

"It's the management's decision," he said.
