He picked the food and water from the ground first and kept them in their designated place.

"Damn," William marveled at the 6 feet tall wooden planks on the ground. There were five of them in a stack. 

He picked one of them up and inspected it. The plank felt like any normal one in the market back home. Its color was a clean light brown which looked very good.

There was a wooden design all from the top to the bottom of the plank, it gave a good fragrance of lumber.
