“The war is on!”

The war drums of one of the most important duels within the underworld could be heard, along with the commentator’s voice and the audience’s wild cheers. At the same time, more than thirty chasers started moving at once when they were given the signal, looking as if they had suddenly woken up from a dream.

They all called their cards to their hands and summoned the Halves onto the battlefield. The arena stage was originally created to comfortably accommodate four participants, and now it was crowded with various types of beasts that were all staring at the two men in the middle in a terrifying manner.

Yet there was not an ounce of fear in their eyes.

They only exchanged brief looks, then Joker let out a soft sigh.

“Let’s put an end to this nonsense,” he said.

“Sorry for dragging you into this nonsense, I guess.”
