Timberdense Flowers (Part 1)

The two of them hurried on their way while swallowing a few pills as they traveled.

After more than half an hour, they finally arrived at the location Kenny Lin had previously tracked.

In front of a valley, surrounded by dense forests, they observed the area.

The valley wasn't very large.

At its entrance, over a dozen warrior-level Devils stood up guarding the area.

"Why would human cultivators come to this small valley?"

"What's even stranger is that two leader-level Devils from different cities are working together. Even If they really found human cultivators here, how could a Level 9 Devil City be easily send two leader-level Devils here?"

Amalia crouched behind a rock in the underbrush, finding the situation increasingly odd.

"No profit, no action," Kenny Lin remarked.

"You mean this operation is likely a private action by the two leader-level Devils?" Amalia asked, surprised.

Kenny Lin nodded, "it's very likely."
