Novice Blacksmith

The morning sun rose over the horizon, casting a warm golden glow on the world below. The sky, painted in hues of pink and orange, was scattered with fluffy white clouds that seemed to dance with joy. The air was crisp and fresh, carrying with it the scent of dew-kissed grass and blooming flowers.

Eldric awoke and stepped outside and was greeted by a chorus of birdsong, their melodies filling the air with a symphony of nature's harmonies. The trees, adorned with vibrant green leaves, swayed gently in the gentle breeze, whispering secrets to one another.

The cavern around him seemed to come alive. Butterflies flitted gracefully from flower to flower, their delicate wings displaying a kaleidoscope of colors. Bees buzzed industriously, collecting nectar from blossoms, their diligent work a testament to the beauty of nature's cycle.

The morning sunlight bathed everything it touched, enhancing the beauty of even the simplest things. The dewdrops on petals sparkled like tiny diamonds, reflecting the world's radiance. Blades of grass, kissed by the sun's warm embrace, glistened with a vibrant emerald hue.

As he walked along the path, the soft crunch of fallen leaves beneath his feet provided a soothing rhythm. The gentle caress of the breeze brushed against my skin, leaving a sense of tranquility in its wake. It was as if the world had paused for a moment, allowing him to fully appreciate the beauty that surrounded him.

In that beautiful morning, he felt a renewed sense of hope and wonder. Eldric walked around the cavern going about his daily tasks when he heard Galen shouting, "Quick Eldric, come quickly we have visitors!"

He cleaned himself off and went to the training ground outside the cavern by the Knight House where he could see Galen and the other four with a group of eleven strangers. Eldric came forth and introduced himself to the group," My name is Eldric Snow. I am the head of the Snow Household and today I want to welcome you to our House. If you shall plead fealty to this house and its purpose, I welcome thee into the House of Snow."

Most of them where not that noteworthy in appearance except for one, at the head of the group was a man- the blacksmith. The blacksmith stood tall and sturdy. His weathered face, etched with lines of wisdom, bore witness to years spent toiling over the forge.

His hands, rough and calloused, told stories of countless hours gripping hammers and wielding heavy tools. Veins snaked across his forearms, pulsating with strength and resilience.

Tucked beneath the brim of a worn leather apron, his broad shoulders seemed to carry the weight of his craft. The apron, adorned with soot and smudges, told tales of countless sparks and embers that had danced in the air around him.

His eyes, deep and intense, held a glimmer of fire and passion. They seemed to reflect the flickering flames of the forge, radiating a sense of purpose and focus.

Adorned in simple shirt and trousers, much like the iron he worked with, he appeared unassuming. Yet, there was an undeniable aura of power and strength that surrounded him. And the rest of the group was adorned in tattered robes of grey and brown, their feet covered in sandals and most of them were middle aged civilians and some had scars and what look like to be bruises. The most noteworthy thing was that the whole group except for the blacksmith, had ember eyes and pitch black hair in different lengths.

He introduced himself first," My name is Caspian, and I am a novice rank blacksmith from the territory of great Virginia in the depths of Montania. I have come seeking shelter after my village was destroyed by Dire Beasts."

When Eldric heard his introduction, he was almost jumping up and down in excitement. Never in his wildest dreams would he have thought the blacksmith he was given would be a Novice rank. Do not underestimate a novice rank blacksmith. Like many professions, blacksmiths are also divided into different ranks and grades.

Blacksmiths:

Apprentice- Rank 0 to 1 Weapons

Novice - Rank 2 to 3 Weapons

Master - Rank 4 to 5 Weapons

Grandmaster - Rank 6 to 7 Weapons

Supreme Master - Rank 8 to 9 Weapons

Eldric immediately summoned Caspian's information.

[Name: Caspian]

[Age: 42]

[Household: House Snow]

[Loyalty: 100]

[Power: Tier 1]

[Profession: Novice Blacksmith]

Even Sir Garret Balmore only has a Rank 1 high grade sword. Eldric was teeming with excitement, if they could start building the forge and Caspian could start forging it would boost their strength immensely. After he calmed down, he looked towards the other 10 strangers. 'These must be the civilians' he thought to himself.

"Please, welcome here. May I know where you hail from and what your name is?" he asked diligently.

They introduced themselves as a group that was situated in the vast plains of Faeloria, but due to the ravaging war, they were forced to travel and flee, overcoming many difficulties just to arrive here.

Eldric listened and after the introductions were done, he showed them the Knight House and where they would stay. Eldric had made it so that only him and the other 5 would stay in the cavern and the rest in the house and so on outside the cavern.

After showing them around he gathered the group once more, "Good since we're all here, first off let's begin discussing tasks. Our household is extremely weak at the moment and situated in a vast wilderness with no way of knowing where we are. So, every day we will start cleaning and finishing construction as much as possible in the morning then in the afternoon we will hunt for food. Now I want to suggest that starting today we will all focus on building the forge for Caspian. And everyone will go hunt in the afternoon."

"And additionally, I want everyone to hunt at least one thing if it is a rabbit or small pheasant I doesn't matter. As long as we can each hunt something we will have an abundance of food to store, and we can keep our skills sharp. Any objections?" he asked.

A/N: The summoned people are given a backstory to create the idea that the people are not just summoned out of thin air. But that does not mean that they are not summoned by the system. Hence they are still normal people from different parts of the world but have a 100% loyalty.
