Despite Alaska's vast land area of approximately 1,717,854 square kilometers, about 720,000 people resided there. In contrast, Germany had a population of around 82.93 million.

H'el's biological magnetic field quickly covered Alaska, taking less than five minutes to conquer the entire state. He officially notified the former mayor, the former police chief, and others to step down and instructed Dawn to inform the newly selected mayors and police chiefs to assume their positions immediately. They were to carry communication devices such as tablets and await further orders to maintain peace and order in the cities.

In terms of city administration and the police department, H'el didn't eliminate many top officials. Instead, he instructed them to step down immediately and promoted officials two or three levels below to take their positions.

For those who were unwilling to accept the orders, H'el didn't bother with them. He simply used his biological magnetic field to crush them until they turned into blood mist, eliminating the old influence. Some might accept the orders verbally while maintaining the old political structure, but that didn't concern H'el.

After all, in 24 hours, he would hold a press conference to announce his rule over the country, and they would naturally follow his orders by then.

As for the high-ranking military officers, H'el didn't bother with replacements either. He directly turned all Brigadier Generals, Major Generals, Lieutenant Generals, and Generals into blood mist, preventing them from potentially influencing the military and causing future rebellions.

Dawn took direct control of the command center, issuing orders to colonel-level military officers from there, stabilizing them one by one. There was no resistance.

Orders continued to flow from the central control communication center, official orders for promotions to Brigadier General and Major General. The orders didn't require them to do much, mostly just maintaining the status quo.

The military remained surprisingly calm. The newly promoted Brigadier Generals, Major Generals, Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels, and others eagerly awaited their promotions, maintaining order in the military.

Surprisingly, there wasn't much loss in the military. Most of the deaths occurred among civilians in the cities.

H'el believed that he had sent enough reminders through Dawn. Anyone with a cellphone received notifications. However, a free nation was indeed free.

A significant portion of the population took advantage of the empty streets, engaging in vandalism, looting, and even setting fires, as if H'el's warnings were nonexistent. They boldly gathered on the streets, setting up stages and loudspeakers, shouting slogans like, "Hey, hey, alien, I'm not afraid of you. If you dare, come face me. Let's settle this face to face..."

And what was his response you may ask?

H'el promptly turned this group into blood mist.

Many individuals believed they could take advantage of the chaos in the city to engage in criminal activities such as looting, violence, and even inhuman actions like human trafficking and organ trading. In H'el's view and hearing, there were even more of these horrifying activities taking place.

Some were involved in truly heinous acts and operated from the dark corners of the web.

There were instances where entire cities were shrouded in blood mist, and the air carried a pervasive smell of blood.

H'el couldn't tolerate this, so he eradicated them all.

He hovered over each state, his crimson-red eyes emitting an eerie red light that shone like the morning star but instilled fear like a demon or reaper.

Washington State, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and so on...

H'el traveled through them all, and the death toll had already exceeded one million.

He confronted those who were preparing to commit crimes in dark alleys, capitalist magnates reveling in opulent halls, fearless young people who defiantly raised their middle fingers when they saw the red light, politicians hoarding assets hidden 700 meters underground in anti-aircraft bases, and influential figures who thought they could escape his wrath.

Strangely, despite this widespread impact, it seemed that the general public was spared from much harm.

Dawn selectively targeted Earth's networks, military bases, and electronic information warfare capabilities to prevent unnecessary conflicts, while the general public's networks were mostly left untouched.

"He's here! He's over Texas now!"

Someone pointed their camera skyward and captured a breathtaking image of the crimson light, shining like the morning star, suspended over Texas.

"Thank God! I was just leaving work with my daughter and we got surrounded in an alley. I thought I'd have to watch her suffer. I'm so grateful to God! So grateful to him! Those monsters turned into blood mist right before my eyes. His presence is amazing!"

"He passed through our state, and all the gangs near my house are gone."

"Sob... This is incredible. I thought it would be a devastating global war, but it turns out it's an angel sent by God."

"I've finally escaped from the dungeon, and my organs are intact!"

"Praise Him, my God, the angel has descended upon us."

"It's terrifying. My new boyfriend turned into blood mist right beside me. The police found abducted girls in his basement."

Online, many people who had expected major upheaval and war suddenly realized that in areas where H'el had passed through, as long as they didn't engage in activities that disrupted order or commit crimes, they were safe. H'el even took care of a large wave of criminal activities along the way.

In the oval-shaped office, the president maintained an elegant demeanor, a faint smile playing at the corners of his mouth. His gaze was warm, and he lightly rubbed an ivory-handled pistol with his thumb as he observed the comments of the citizens in the states H'el had visited.

His warm gaze seemed to reveal a hint of mockery.

"A just angel?"

The president couldn't help but chuckle.

How tragic it was. The stability that humanity had always maintained had given rise to stable evils. H'el had ruthlessly eradicated them.

Humanity could be eradicated, but because of the massive impact, it hadn't been.

So, what was the point?

"What exactly do you want, alien?"

The president's smile broadened, and he unexpectedly felt an urgent desire to have a conversation with the extraterrestrial.

He wanted to see what kind of idealist this guy was.

He wanted to ask, what would this idealist be like without that immense power?

"Alien, you're not greater than humanity."

In the next moment, a beam of scorching heat vision sliced through the entire White House, and molten lava dripped down.

The president was cleaved in two, his bewildered face falling onto the blue carpet.

H'el retracted his heat vision, his deep pupils casting a glance at the iconic building engulfed in flames, the nation's most famous landmark.

This was the final stop.

"I can still catch some sunlight."

It took even less time than he had imagined, just one night.

The sky was already beginning to lighten with the first light of dawn.

H'el turned around, ascending slowly, with the sonic boom of airflow brushing past his face. He arrived in the blink of an eye at the Capitol Building and casually took a seat on top of it.

With the cool breeze carrying a sense of lightness, H'el wore a smile, hummed a tune, and squinted his eyes.

The golden sunlight shone from the horizon, casting its radiance upon H'el's face, creating a shimmering effect.
