"Yet another Z-steel mine has been lost to the vile fiends known as Shura."

"The alliance is moving its forces towards the border."

"The army has drafted over one hundred million evolvers, which is the highest number we have seen since the establishment of the army itself."

"We advise viewers to purchase food and other necessary items in bulk as we may bear witness to the start of a massive genocidal war."

Man Tian switched off the commlink, the Shura attacks had gotten more frequent and dire, as they began to strike at the vital parts of the alliance.

It had been six months since he brought Bian to the hospital, and after six months of treatment, his friend looked no better than he did half a year ago. Relaxing in his chair, he thought back to the call he had some minutes ago.

"The specialists found a way to keep his body preserved and after much, and I mean a lot of convincing they decided to fix his body to the best of their ability. After they made this decision, they found out that a weird virulent energy was mingled in his system, as long as it was present they couldn't treat his injuries properly."

"I will be there right away, I'll come with someone who can help." Han Yan responded, one thing led to another, which led to her spending six months in the sanctuaries before she returned back to the alliance.

It was only yesterday she found out about what had happened to Bian. Just like Man Tian, she had also maxed out her super geno points and she even helped Queen hunt down some super creatures, making good on Bian's promise to do so.

Man Tian had absorbed all those life essences six months ago, he had been waiting for Han Yan to come to the alliance before he evolved to become a surpasser. In the mean time, he helped the silver fox find lightning type creatures and just last week it evolved and transcended to the third sanctuary.

His exploits didn't stop there as he managed to form somewhat of an alliance with an ice fairy. She was so close to evolving and the final fruit she needed to do so, would mature in a couple of days.

The alliance needed surpassers now more than ever before, it was the only reason he had not yet been drafted, but he couldn't delay much longer. There was no miracle drug to bring a person back to life, at least not in the alliance. The sanctuary just might hold the answers he was searching for.

After three hours, Han Yan finally arrived at the hospital. Man Tian was sitting on a chair, beside him was Bian or rather Bian's corpse. His body was covered in bandages which were turning red, and he was hooked up to several machines several of which Han Yan had never seen.

"I am glad you could make it, the Saints Hall really went all out with my request yet even they couldn't heal his injuries. Space currents are still present in his wounds, which prevents them from dressing the injuries" Man Tian went silent as he noticed Han Yan wasn't paying attention, then he said with gritted teeth.

"Snap out of it. He isn't completely dead, at least not yet. He has a fencing spirit right, garbed in white and wielding an epee right?"

A spark of light ignited in her eyes "Yes, how do you know that?"

"The spirit is still alive, meaning his soul is not yet lost."

Han Yan felt a bolt of lightning running through her, if he wasn't completely out maybe she could find a way to bring him back. This couldn't be the end, not especially when their last encounter ended up so poorly

"I have to search the sanctuary" She said with vigor.

"I was thinking the same thing, little silver has already evolved so there is nothing keeping us in the second sanctuary. I want Bian to be moved to a more secure location before we evolve, who knows where we would end up once we go to the third sanctuary"

They unanimously agreed, Han Yan had access to Bian's wealth so what better way to spend it than to ensure his safety. Man Tian had already used up a fortune securing a safe planet in the inner regions of the alliance far away from the front lines.

With help from Han Yan, they were able to secure a location for their families and also Bian's family. This location is where Bian would also be moved to, once that person arrived.

"How about his family?" Han Yan asked.

"I didn't tell them, I neither want to crush their faith or give them hope. Let's wait and see what happens."

"But it's been six months, wouldn't.."

With a swing of the door, Luo Haitang walked into the room. He was old, but definitely not feeble. Man Tian who had spent a lot of time around demi-gods was shocked by the sheer amount of bloodlust and violence boiling beneath his skin.

"After all this time, you agree in exchange for a dead man. I am known as the God slayer not the life bringer, I can't do anything for your friend." Godslayer Luo calmly said while observing the room.

"I didn't ask you to bring him back to life, I need your help removing the energy in his body that is preventing them from treating him." Han Yan said, she had agreed to fight the royal Shura family in battle for the falsified-sky sutra although she initially wanted nothing to do with it.

"You can't treat a dead man" Godslayer Luo said while shaking his head as though disappointed. He had half a mind to disintegrate Bian's body right there and then but held back, he who dealt with karma attacks felt it wouldn't be wise to do that.

He placed a palm on Bian's body and examined it for a bit. After a bit of contemplation he spoke, "I can remove the energy poisoning his system, but it would take years if I wanted to do it without killing him."

Godslayer Luo suddenly had a devilish grin on his face, "Luckily for us he is already dead isn't he!"

Suddenly blue water like energy with gray waves intertwined flowed out of every orifice and injury Bian had nearly reducing his body to bits. The windows shattered, the lightbulbs exploded and the room was thrown into utter disarray, as the energy was violently flung out of the room.

"How dare you!" Han Yan yelled.

"Dare I what? I have done what you asked me for, welcome to the family" Godslayer Luo smirked. He left Han Yan a warning about not using her powers openly in the third sanctuary then he left the hospital.

The doctor and security worriedly rushed in after the Godslayer left. Once they saw it was the room with the dead guy, they regained their calm and slowly left.

"Trash!" Han Yan said.

"It's not their fault, let's move him. We don't have business with this place anymore"

Without the chaotic space energy in his system, his body could easily be repaired and preserved while they searched for a solution in the sanctuary, if there wasn't one in the third, there would be one in the fourth, hopefully.

The name of the planet where their families would move to was called Subterranea, it's massive and intricate underground structures made it one of the safest planets to be on. The material the planet was made of, was impervious to any damage below the scope of demi-gods and even those mythical level beings couldn't cause widespread amounts of damage.

After making extensive arrangements they kept the death of Bian under wraps and planned to do so for as long as necessary. They made it so that normal means of searching couldn't be used to find him.

Now the only cause of panic was the fencing spirit, once they left the second sanctuary they couldn't check up on the spirit. They decided to leave zero with the spirit for now, but she would eventually go home to Han Yan's family. They weren't even sure if Bian's soul was in his body but it was their best shot.

"See you on the other side" Man Tian said, as he stepped into the teleporter and headed towards the evolution center in moment shelter.

Han Yan also walked into the teleporter but appeared in a different location, the moment shelter was too far for her to come back. After bathing in the cool liquid in the evolution center, Han Yan herself became a Karma core. She was so focused on her body that she did not notice the guard in her pocket absorbing the evolutionary energy.

As she was about to walk to the teleporter, she felt the guard shaking vigorously. She had just brought it out of her pocket, when it shot a beam of light into the sky rupturing the heavens and a great vacuum sucked in the gourd and Han Yan who was trying to resist the suction.

A pale man with white hair, white eyes and dressed in a white taoist robe looked up at the scene that had just occurred a couple of miles away from where he was going to evolve.

With a shake of his head he said, "These matters do not concern me. After all, I am about to become Immortal"

Executioner White, brought out the token with the anomaly written on it in the ancient language. Since the token did not react, then the anomaly was nowhere near where he was.

He walked into the evolution pool and steadied himself as he gained an immortal super body. Finally, the last of the executioners had evolved.
