As soon as I made my declaration, the Giant attempted to muster up all its strength to send a message using it's consciousness , but it was a lost cause.
With me taking control of this territory, not even a miracle could salvage its fate.
The situation boiled down to basic logic, like trying to race a bike against a rocket.
My power was the rocket, zooming ahead at sound breaking speed, while the Giant's strength was more like the pedaling speed of a bike.
No matter how hard it tried, it was clear who would reach the finish line first.
"Don't waste your time," I spoke casually, leaning back in my chair as I observed its futile struggles. "You can't do anything without my permission."
The giant, realizing the futility of resisting me, fell silent for a while before finally speaking.
"How can an Architect exist alone? That's impossible..." Its voice trailed off, still clinging to the notion that I was one of those blue guys.
