"Boss, your new assistant will be coming today!" announced Mika, the secretary of a rising designer Seno Holsten, as she placed a cup of coffee on the desk.

Lily looked up from his tablet. "That's today? I almost forgot about it… Where did he come from again?"

"He previously worked for Dussin."

Lily momentarily paused. "Dussin, huh…"

That was the same brand Clint was currently working for.

"A beta?"

"No, an alpha man… But his projects and credentials were leagues above everyone else!"

"Well, I'm sure we can make it work," Lily muttered. "As long as he is good at the job…"

"Yes, he most certainly is! In fact, he even seems overqualified!" Mika nodded enthusiastically.
