"Captain, what should we do?" a soldier asked, staring at Zimo.

Since the sudden disappearance of their Emperor, they had been stuck in the forsaken desert, searching for him.

For the past month, they had fought tooth and nail with various terrifying beasts of the ancient battlefield.

And now, their ammunition was running out, and the whereabouts of the Emperor were still unknown.

If they did not return to the barren land soon, they would run out of ammo, and the only thing waiting for them was death.

Even though they were not scared of death, that did not mean they should die because of their stupidity.

Looking at his men, Zimo could understand their thoughts. Each of them had tried their best to find the Emperor, but everything was futile.

Thus, they wouldn't be blamed if they wanted to return home. However, he couldn't give the order for them to return home when he knew the Emperor was out there.
