Chapter 71. I won't bring dishonor
"so you're Kaidou's daughter?" Apoo asked behind a tree while pointing his shaking finger at her.
"Calm down Apoo, she was just kidding." Gaga said.
"No I wasn't."
"See, she's really the daughter of... NANI?!" Gaga also flew up in fright and hid behind a tree.
"Captain, are you sure she isn't here to capture us?" Spikewards asked with a serious face, while hiding behind a tree.
"I'll put a bullet in her head if she is." Ronaldino Ronaldo tried calming his mates down. And it might've worked had he not been beside Apoo behind a tree. Baby 5 was behind him while hugging his arm.
"Dahahha your crew is funny!" Yamato laughed at them.
"I know, just look at that kid, his real age is 21." Ace laughed while pointing at Nobujuro.
"I have brought dishonor to my name." Nobujuro drew his katana and readied himself for death...
"Eh, won't anyone stop me, we are crewmates now after all!" He asked.
"And look at that moody guy, he has a strong devil fruit, he can do whoosh, baam and whaam." Ace explained by moving around his hands.
"Captain, no one would understand that explanation." Nami sighed.
"Oh, I understood. He can create a room where he can control everything. Right?" Yamato said while tilting her head.
Nami's eyes widened.
'No wonder they seem to be good friends, she's about as smart as captain.' Nami understood.
"Nami, try too keep up. Sometimes I really wonder if you're even using your brain." Ace said while shaking his head at her.
*BOINK BOM BAM*
They continued partying that night as Ace brought tons of food for the village from Onigashima. For some reason, he had multiple bumps on his head.
Late into the night, only Yamato and Ace were left around the campfire as Yennow and Gaga stood up.
"Captain, it's almost morning, it's time for us to sleep." They said as they made their way back to their chambers.
"..."
"You have a nice crew!" Yamato said with a hint of jealousy.
Ace smiled as he looked at his crew, some passed out in the bushes, some sleeping against the trees.
"Hey tell me about the outside world, there are lots of youngsters that have started setting out to sea, right?" Yamato suddenly asked with excitement.
"Youngsters? Hmm yeah there are a few, but no one as impressive as me!" Ace bragged.
"But I did hear that there's a rookie called Kidd, in the south blue... And Bege in the west, my crewmates also started making names for themselves. But in the end they started sailing with me..." Ace said as he saw the spark of excitement on her face.
"Then there's the next pirate King...." Ace said which made her eyes widen in more excitement.
"Don't tell me... It's you?" She asked.
"Nah, I'm going to be the strongest man... My brother is going to be the next pirate king!" Ace said with a smile as her remembered Luffy.
"Tsk, him again." Yamato pouted Ace had bragged about him a few times already.
"He hasn't set out yet, but in a few years, he's sure to brew up a storm." Ace said as he couldn't wait. And until then, he'd become the biggest obstacle in Luffy's path to Kingship.
"Eh, why do you look bloodthirsty?" Yamato asked.
"Because, Luffy will become really strong, and I don't plan on making his journey easy for him." Ace said with a wide grin. He really planned on stopping Luffy in his tracks. And Luffy would have to really surpass him if he wanted to become a pirate king, which Ace knew was nearly impossible.
As the strongest man, he had to become the biggest wall between others and the one piece.
"... And I thought my father was evil." She said while looking away.
"Hey, don't compare me with him."
Yamato chuckled. She suddenly brought up her hands, showing her cuffs.
"If only I could break free from these... Then one day surely, I will go out to sea as well." She said with longing.
"I can break them off, if you want." Ace said.
She looked up at him with surprise.
"But they might explode." She said, not completely convinced that they would actually do so.
"It's fine, trust me." Ace said as he stood up and walked close to her.
He picked up her wrists then infused Haki in his hands. But that wasn't enough, one had to use advanced armament Haki, to destroy the chakles from the inside.
He did it and the chakles broke,band as soon as he did that, he threw that chakles high above the sky and they exploded, waking everybody up.
"That bastard really wanted to kill me." Yamamoto realised in anger. She did hope that Kaidou used empty threats when he told her that the cuffs would explode if she tried to escape, just to keep her here.
"What's going on captain?" Ronaldino asked.
"It's just fireworks." Ace lied.
The others calmed down and went back to sleep, not believing him, but understanding that it wasn't anything serious.
"Yamamoto, will you join my crew?" Ace finally asked. Her eyes widened.
She cleaned her fists, this was it. Her dream, what she a had been waiting for.
She nodded.
Ace smiled and put his hat on her head.
"From now on, You're a Demon Ace Pirate." Ace said, walking away, leaving her with her face hidden by his hat, as she cried in happiness.
The next day, Ace gave the first command to Yamamoto as her captain. She was to bring JoJo, Cavendish, Law and Yennow to the capital and kill the Shogun.
It was time to change how Wano operated.
They left in a hurry and Ace stayed and played with Tama.
After his Nakama returned, they continued their mission and left to destroy the factories that were contaminating the the land and sea.
Almost two weeks later, on a ship that was leading a fleet of ships, Kaidou stood. No one dared to go close to him.
While he had been away, someone had dared to invade his territory. And from the information they had received, not only did the invaders take all their treasure... The Demon Ace Pirates even destroyed their factories and took down the Shogun under his control.
Kaidou had worked many, many years to build up what he had, all for his ambition... And some reckless rookie took advantage of their expedition to destroy a decade of hard work, if not decades.
Kaidou, usually drank heavily and was rarely sober... But right now. He was sober.
All those under him felt the different aura he was radiating, he was ready to erupt.
Just as Wano was in their view... Kaidou asked for his barrel of Sake. Only then did he drink.
"Kaidou-sama, where should we go first?" Sasaki, a green haired man asked.
"Onigashima." Kaidou said in one word.
He nodded. Even he was afraid right now. He was one of the Tobirobbo, the strongest force under Kaidou and the All-stars.
The 3 All-stars were right below Kaidou, and then came the Tobiroppo.
On wano, Ace felt a fleet advancing towards Wano, and amongst the fleet, he could feel a beast superior to even his grandfather.
Ace stood up and called for his crew.
"It's time to set sail. We're going to Onigashima." Ace said as he was about to board his ship.
His crewmates all stood up, understanding that the time had come. They were somewhat familiar with Kaidou's force as Yamamoto had explained it to them before.
"JoJo, Yamamoto, Law.... You three take care of the All-stars..." Ace commanded, they simply nodded.
"Captain... Have you forgotten me, I also want a strong one." Urouge said with his wide grin.
"The Tobiroppo are strong, don't worry." Yamamoto said as she held her club.
"That's more like it." Urouge's smile brightened.
"Nobujuro, will you stay here or go with us?" Ace asked, he felt that Nobujuro had some strength but didn't know how good he was in battle, so he wasn't sure what to do about him.
"Captain, if I stay, I'd bring dishonor to your flag." Nobujuro said as he drew his sword, this time, he wasn't pointing it at himself.
Ace nodded.

First of all, I'm sorry for the slow updates now. I'm still not writing. So be patient with me.
Did you guys read the latest chapter, 1122? Did you notice in the end when Mr Einstein big apple head said that the fate of the world depend on who find the one piece, and then the face of every big player wss shown. The Emperors, Dragon and so on... Did you notice that one was hidden as a silhouette?
It's impossible to see who that was but one thing is for certain, the sabre he's holding is eerily similar in shape to ACE.... Was there more to oden's time skip than we thought? But the hilt looks slightly different but the similarity is big, I don't know, maybe I'm overthinking it. But Oda is a master at doing these things. 100 chapters later, well find out that it was gold Roger or something. What do you think?
