I couldn't lose the man who had kept my interest constantly for all these years, I have had a long life, but I never had any obsession with anything or anyone, so I quickly took Lucas in my arms and started to run while I thought, how to save him but only one came to my mind

There are several ways to turn someone into a Demon, injecting your own blood is one of them, but as a consequence you suffer a terrifying pain. 

I could also inject him with my energy and slowly change his essence, but this method takes too long. 

But I had a third method

An existence that can bestow power and change the essence of a target 

But even though it's a simple method, it still had its rules in order to use it

The third and last requirement depended entirely on Lucas. 

While I was thinking internally about what to do, I had arrived at my apartment, Claire was not there at the moment, so I was alone with Lucas, I was happy to have him all to myself although I knew it was not the time for that. 

I quickly laid him down on my bed, and undressed him completely, I didn't know if he could resist since he had lost a great amount of blood, I gave him a basic treatment, and injected him with some of my energy, I am dazed and worried, but I couldn't let my feelings get out of control.

Nor are human hospitals an exception, as most are under surveillance by other races. 

When I turned my gaze to his sleeping face I made up my mind completely.

POV Lucas 

After Zen left, I felt that something was wrong, an entity with a great amount of energy was walking towards the place where the elves were having their battle, a repulsive energy as if it was a natural enemy.

I quickly started to move, the energy was getting closer and closer and the feeling of discomfort was increasing, a human, no, an angel, it looked like a human with white wings on his back, was walking slowly towards the place where the two armies of elves were fighting. 

After a few seconds Lilith opened her eyes 

-You woke up already? 

-Yes

Lilith answered with a smile on her face. 

I smiled before turning my eyes to that angel, he was a man with blond hair and white armor, a silver sword was hanging on his waist. 

Lilith, who just woke up, looked at that man. 

-An angel? 

She looked confused. 

Suddenly, I felt a glance on me, when I turned my eyes, that angel had his silver sword up, staring at me as if he was aiming at me. 

When the man lowered his sword, I felt a great amount of energy on me, head. I pushed Lilith away quickly and a kind of light beam fell from the sky directly where I was standing, I felt my skin start to burn with every passing moment I quickly jumped out of range of the light beam. 

-Lucas!

Lilith screams my name worriedly 

-Calm down 

I said before looking back at the man. 

My wounds began to heal slowly 

-That attack... it's our natural enemy, you can't receive it that way. 

Lilith is annoyed and visibly irritated

-I understand, thank you 

The man frowns and raises his silver sword again. 

-Not twice

I kicked the ground destroying the building I was using as a foothold and shot towards the angel with the silver sword over his head.. 

-This is already personal

I said as an Ice sword formed in my right hand. 

Swinging the sword diagonally downwards, his silver sword and my ice sword collided in the air.
