Chapter 120 - Docking

The pirates, who seemed so confident a few moments ago, now appear submissive in front of the mysterious Captain. 

While the pirate in the bandana, Jimmy, stutters and mumbles apologies, the Captain interrupts him in a deep, imposing voice, ordering him to shut up. But all Kaito can see is the gold ring on the middle finger of the Captain's left hand. The green stone in the center of the object glints ominously with a glow as he threatens his subordinate.

The pirates, including the aggressive Jimmy, quickly retreat from the room, almost tripping over each other to obey the Captain's orders to leave him alone with the prisoner. The door above the stairs closes with a muffled sound, leaving Kaito alone with the bearded, scarred man.

The Captain approaches the cell in silence, his heavy boots making a rhythmic sound against the worn wooden floor. The silence hangs in the air for a moment, creating a tension, and the Captain looks at Kaito intently.
