To say Alcinder was amazed would be an understatement. 

This vampire was practically groveling at Elliana's feet just because she said she wouldn't call this vampire her own. What the hell was this all about?

Was this really some kind of cult-like thing that man said? Alcinder looked at all the girls, standing like a statue. 

Do these people have no dignity whatsoever? Elliana practically slapped that girl hard across the face. That slap was so hard that even he clenched his hand. 

All of this just because this girl got caught by the royal vampire guards and risked Elliana's identity? 

Does this human girl have no presence of mind? Does she think that anyone would want to be in that situation themselves?
