Just playing around

Heaven enthusiastically turned as soon as she reached the ground floor. The moment she arrived at the reception area of the mansion, there were a few servants around. One of them was Miriam, turning her head upon catching a figure from the corner of her eyes. 

"Young Madam," called Miriam with a smile. "Do you need something?" 

Heaven shook her head, approaching Miriam and stopping before the latter. She looked around, only to see that everyone seemed to be doing general cleaning.

"Isn't this a little too late for this?" Heaven wondered with furrowed brows. "Why are you guys changing everything so late?"

"Young Madam, the young master is already home. He can be very sensitive, especially in the morning," Miriam kept her explanation short and simple. "Moreover, it was already the time of the week to change everything. We would've done it this morning, but because of what happened, we postponed it to tonight."
